I think a straight through cat back exhaust system, a FMIC and a remap will happily see 200Bhp, I was going to do these mods but decided to get a Curpa R 300 instead 😁
I cannot find the previous comment, youtube lol. In your original pipe u have a seal oring on the turbo side? I have one to the end of the pipe like u, but on the turbo side nothing, i think is not normal O.o
Hello good, have you noticed any change or improvement with the brico, I am waiting for both modifications too. Are you stock or reprogrammed? Greetings and thanks, very good brico.
Hey there! I'm not sure what you mean by brico? - Engine is currently stock other than the panel air filter, looking to get it remapped to around 180bhp on a stage 1 setup soon ! :)
@@punchingcamaro Excuse me, I am communicating with you through Google translator. 180 hp seem few to me, chiptuners reprogram jack, horse and king, but the 1.5 deserves special care from the chiptuner and hours to get to know the engine, in Spain there is a 1.5 tsi 150cv with about 220cv blowing at 1.34bar at 6000rpm, turbo oem, a missile and still has room for improvement. This electronic mechanics goes very well, the chiptuners, not knowing the ins and outs, reprogram as they do with the rest of the cars, but the 1.5 needs to investigate and many hours of flight. Currently working on a 1.5 Big Turbo. A greeting.
@@punchingcamaro yeah might have to do that or if u know any other bov I can put shoot me the link would be great they say I can also use the 1.4 one since it’s almost the same
Nice man. I got a same engine in my Audi A3, planning on installing this, thanks for the tips
Glad it was useful for you!!
Sheeeesh, you’d gain 100hp from weight reduction taking off all those keys 😮
Love the build man, what other upgrades would you recommend for the 1.5 TSI? I have it too and I wanna make it just a bit more fun

Yes there is one on the old pipe but with the kit you get a new o ring that fits on the adapter plate :)
@@punchingcamaro Perfect, my vw service loss my oring turbo side, i not have this.
Thank you
Hi Chris, I got mine fitted the other day. I put a piece of rubber between the engine cover and boost pipe. Did you have any problems with it rubbing?
Nope, only issues I had was the pipe came off under boost once and I had to clean it all up and make sure the jubilee clip was really tight! :)
We’re can I find that same bov?? I can’t seem to find it for my Jetta 1.5 2022

similar yes but I suspect completely different size fitments.
is carbon buildingup in this engine?
Not that I know of, my engine only has 26k miles :)
yes, because of valve overlap and also the pcv.

On eBay or direct from Ramair's website :)
