Oh yeah that's what singing sounds like. I still listen to a wide variety of music but when I return each day to Angelina, I appreciate her even more.

This is indeed what singing sounds like :-) She records this simply with her phone as it seems so there is no hiding and you hear every detail. It is soothing as you say and in general her singing improves my mood.
You have listened to quite a lot of her performances. As there are over 150 videos on UA-cam of her singing, there might be a few fun ones left. If you wish I could make a list.

Ellis have you seen her TikTok of Adele's 'Love Is Just A Game'. Here's the link. OOPS!! I see you already watched this. I am glad that she has finally found a voice that is all her. I like to call her timing as 'urgent syncopation'. She pushes the resolution of the words and music to the very brink of awkward and this creates an energy of the near miss, if you can see where I'm going with this. Angelina makes you give up your need or expectation that a song will be sung in a certain proscribed manner. Where a little tension is O.K. to have a little, but a lot makes us panicky. It is like those Slingshot rides at the Carnival. We all know it's supposed to be safe. But that is not how that ride makes you feel. You on the very edge of hysterics. Even as the ride slows they can spin you a bit to rev that terrified feeling back to the front of your brain. That's how Angelina's singing sometimes make you feel. Until you get used to letting go of your preconceived notions of timing, you will feel unsettled a bit until you get used to her use of timing.
Really well-said. What's really amusing is when professional voice coaches assume she just can't hold the beat and is constantly playing catch-up or drop-back. They make similar erroneous assumptions about her phrasing and dynamic choices. The really good ones will realize they have something special in front of them and want to keep the ride going. Others may be slower to catch on, believing they've seen it all but willing to scratch that little itch of self-doubt by poking their nose down the "rabbit hole". I really feel sorry for those who, after listening to something like "I Put a Spell On You" and, not having heard of her and assuming therefore that she went nowhere after that, just say "Well, that was interesting." and write off the performance as an aberration they won't be confronted with again.
I particularly love when Angelina takes a song, e.g. "Wicked Game," slows it down, makes you listen to every word, note, breath, hits at and draws out your emotions, then sets you down, spent, at the end. The sheer beauty of her voice combined with her uniquely Angelina delivery are precious.

She is the gold standard.
She recorded this song at 11 yo in an informal jam session with guitarist Egil Clausen & it was beautifully performed. A year later she did it at a jazz festival with a great jazz quartet & it was even better. However, it still wasn't up to the Gold Standard for this song by Patsy Cline, IMO. But this 16 yo home video version Is the best I've ever heard by anyone, including Patsy as well as the writer of the song, Willy Nelson. I can't imagine how good it would sound it she released a produced version by her record label. I can only hope she records this song on one of her up-coming albums.
Many years ago, I bought the complete Patsy Cline CD box set. I love her. However, I agree that this latest edition by Angelina is on another level. Just like My Funny Valentine.

When you hear all the nuances, no filters, nothing but a back track and Angelina singing, just putting it out there... There's nothing "Ellis" to add, 😉😉. Basically, you can only pretend you have a 🎤, drop it, and state "there's nothing to add, her voice just said it all" We'd definitely understand. SO many times, all we can do is deeply sigh, smile, and think "THANK YOU ANGELINA for being confident and fearless to step up and do what others would NEVER attempt, you rock my world". I did not bother buying Adele's new album. Now Lana Del Rae is coming out with a album soon, I will not buy her's either. I have been waiting for Angelina's Debut album ever since AGT Champions, and now it will be here this summer. It will be amazing, because Angelina is amazing.
Her original version of this was at a Norwegen Jazz Festival, I prefer this version because there is less Patsy Cline and more Angelina Jordan.
Not only does Angelina keep the music going, there is constant attention to how every moment sounds, and our ears are not given a moments rest, nor our souls a moment to wonder from the feeling she is conveying.
