I had one of these and they are fucking rubbish. Remington in Oz replaced it because the battery lasted about 30 seconds, the replacement was no better. I replaced the battery following many youtube videos, but now the 240v charger HK28A-3.6 -100 has come apart while I was removing it from the powerpoint exposing the internal electrical components luckily it was switched off at the plug. clearly this mob has gone downhill since Victor Kiam was running the show. It is now a part of an international conglomerate who no longer give a toss about their customers.
