The Bay State Chapter of the Antique Truck Club of America held their annual truck show at the Bolton Fairgrounds in Lancaster, Massachusetts on August 28th & 29th, 2021.
Thank you. Beautiful restored Macks (including the yellow and black Thermodyne). The giant red Autocar and it’s smaller siblings were impressive. The Sterling in Lazaro livery was very nice. Chain drive Mack is a good piece of history. The last iteration of chain drive in trucks would probably have been the enclosed chain driven walking beam system on the Scammel Pioneer. What is the story with the Walter truck and its configuration?
A nice variety of Gorgeous Rigs!!
There were some real beauties in this video.
This show always attracts them.

What is the story with the Walter truck and its configuration?
The Walter trucks were made primarily for plowing snow. They were frequently fitted with a front mounted V plow and aside mounted wing plow.
