- The Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society hosted the 1st Annual Jerry Howard Memorial Truck Show on May 21st, 2022. The 2023 show will take place on May 20th. Watch my social media for the show flyer.

Modern trucks don't even need a stack, most don't even have clutch pedals anymore.

The last company I drove for I work for 22 years. In 2010 I got a new T-800 Kenworth. Cummins powered 10-speed transmission.
I drove that truck for a lot of years after I could have got a new one, because the new ones had automatic transmissions.
Before I retired in 2017 I took one of the new trucks with the automatic transmission I just wanted to see how they were before I quit.
I liked it better than I thought I would. I must be getting old!

O-H-I-O Porter greetings.🇺🇸We’ve been to many truck shows @ Jerry Howard’s place! Always loved it! So they did have one last year 2022?! Is Lima the set place for it? Count us in. This is the 1st I’ve heard about it! I remember many of these trucks…they were frequent to Jerry’s show. Is the one Crackerbox the same one that he had in the back lot? It looks like it. Wow! Jerry passed away in 2021. This show will take place annually in Lima. A tripod doesn’t work when I’m walking and filming simultaneously on a phone. I’m perfectly happy with how my videos turn out the way I do it currently.
@@MissFlatbedRed 🇺🇸 It took me a while to find that out. I so enjoyed those shows & I’m glad that thy continue on. Jerry has a good legacy. We shall try to make it this year. I meant to say “Gimble”. It was a good number of trucks for a 1-day local show. Guessing people will be there from at least 9-4.
