This may come as a ray of Hope. 22 years ago I walked away from the homosexual lifestyle, which I had been active in for nearly 30 years. I returned to the Church and celibate ever since. Was someone praying for me, I am not sure, could have been my sister or an older, wiser friend of mine. I do know that I came to see, quite clearly, that it was not a lifestyle for me to continue living, celibacy was and happily continues to be.
Prayers for remembrance and health and clarity on the exam day. Prayers that you will have genuine heart yourself for the work and patients that God has called you to.

I struggle with these things too. I'm reminded of Phil 4:8 that says "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things". God led me to this scripture once when I was really down and stuck in negativity. Sometimes we need to just turn our attention away from the negative stuff and give it to the hopeful, and just fill our minds with the good we can find everywhere. With thoughts of God first, with worship to Him. When we worship Him we forget ourselves, and our problems become small in contrast to His greatness. When we focus our hearts on the beautiful qualities of His character, we will more easily see with His eyes. We can bwgin to see the reflections of His qualities in others, and view humanity and ourselves through a lens of grace. And get out in nature, it's a healer. This time of year is especially heard for me and so many others ( Seasonal Affective Disorder) so don't be hard on yourself. Just keep turning your eyes to Jesus and expect Him to show up and work on your behalf. He will do it. As a side note, He may also lead you to supportive therapies or a medication to help with the depression if that's what your brain needs. God knows best, just keep seeking Him and walking with Him 🙏

I can relate all too well. I have lived almost every day in fear- often for no reason at all- just constantly releasing adrenaline. I realized that I never truly trusted God, and therefore never fully surrendered to Him. I’m starting to learn to constantly renew my mind- rejecting the feelings that come with fear and leaving in Gods promises. God lives with in us, he knows what we feel and think therefore we are not alone. We aren’t lead by feelings but rather the Word of God- the truth. You may feel fear but what’s the Truth? Often anxiety becomes a habit. We can rewire our brains/ bodies to not respond this way over time when renewing our minds/ hearts in God.

I may have to go back to the hospital to get more steroid shots my lungs have been hurting. I have struggled with chronic fatigue for over a year now, along with depression, but God has delivered me from alcoholism, I’m going through a divorce, starting over AGAIN. I’m 50 years old and have made a lot of bad decisions, but I’m praying that, like Job, my latter days will be better than my former. Please pray that I can surrender self and ego and believe in Gods divine love and forgiveness and control, renew my mind.

Stop blaming all your mishap on your husband. God hates divorce unless it's because of adultery. YOU need to pray and trust God for your needs . A large salary? Apparently you accepted all your husbands abuse to stay in a certain lifestyle. Remember, a marriage is made up of two people. Pray for your husband, pray for your son. Forgive, move on and get a job. God knows what you need before you ask. Read your Bible and let God's Word inspire you and Holy Spirit to lead you. No man, no salary can help you, only God and God's Holy Spirit

I can relate all too well. I have lived almost every day in fear- often for no reason at all- just constantly releasing adrenaline.
I realized that I never truly trusted God, and therefore never fully surrendered to Him. I’m starting to learn to constantly renew my mind- rejecting the feelings that come with fear and leaving in Gods promises. God lives with in us, he knows what we feel and think therefore we are not alone.
We aren’t lead by feelings but rather the Word of God- the truth.
You may feel fear but what’s the Truth? Often anxiety becomes a habit. We can rewire our brains/ bodies to not respond this way over time when renewing our minds/ hearts in God.
Please pray for me and my husband. Our house is taking a while to sell and we REALLY need to sell it. We trust God’s timing, so please pray we wait with complete trust and patience. Thanks everyone!

I have struggled with chronic fatigue for over a year now, along with depression, but God has delivered me from alcoholism, I’m going through a divorce, starting over AGAIN. Stop blaming all your mishap on your husband. God hates divorce unless it's because of adultery. YOU need to pray and trust God for your needs . A large salary? Apparently you accepted all your husbands abuse to stay in a certain lifestyle. Remember, a marriage is made up of two people. Pray for your husband, pray for your son. Forgive, move on and get a job. God knows what you need before you ask. Read your Bible and let God's Word inspire you and Holy Spirit to lead you.
