Alot of people think or thought that we have some beef, I have to say as a fan of your content first and foremost a am So SO SO Happy to see this video. Ido you are an unbelievable person, I have no doubt that you will get out of this rut and I hope this is the beginning of your journey upwards and onwards. I don't agree with all of your views but happy to see you healthier man!
Your video was narrow-minded af. You were talking as if you yourself never do anything 'bad'. Neglecting to address that you have a phone associated with cobalt mines no? Or did you research it thoroughly and acquire a phone with no unethical origins in manufacturing? Just one example of many that illustrates how most of us are practicing the dark arts, including me! But you were speaking from this high horse, like some angel judging others. Which would have been fine if you framed it different, if you began with "I'm no angel either but I'm worried about Salukie..". But no, you came at it from this angle like "I'm a good person and this is what isn't great about this other guy". You're not smart enough to be making these kinds of judgemental videos

Your videos in the West Bank were some of the best I had seen of interactions with the people there. It's difficult to get that in the US without the big news media filter getting in the way. As someone from the US, and someone who has dealt with mental health issues... Sometimes when a person is sensitive to the situations of others around them, that can create a cognitive dissonance. An unresolved conflict that can really eat away at us if we're not careful. Take care of yourself, and just be who you have to be.
Are you saying that being emotional aware can make you too aware and take on others energies and that can make you have cognitive dissonance or disassociation to better deal with all the noise

@@therealityofthings9574 I'm saying that sometimes we can experience things that are in conflict with the prevailing worldview that many of us were presented with all our lives. The dissonance comes from believing a set of moral and ethical guidelines, while being a part of a structure that violates those beliefs. Many people construct rationalizations to minimize their own involvement, or they refuse to see the injustices. But for people who never want to see others hurt, our limited options to oppose it can result in profound depression and feelings of guilt. It certainly does for me personally.

thanks for this video. after seeing some of the livestreams i was really confused and wasnt sure about my own feelings towards u. i was questioning myself if u are really a nice person like i thought u are.

I can share from personal experience of how I spend many years having to own my bad decisions & pay off loads of debt & also seek major healing in my life from years of abuse.

I can also share many stories of super close friends of mine who I helped through horrible drug addiction & psychosis episodes.
Bottom line drugs are never the solution.

hey friend i had a personal struggle with alcohol and have been sober for almost 3 years(minus a relapse that lasted 3 weeks) I've fallen into other vices since and have been struggling with getting back to ground zero. I've recently been getting clean from coke and am a month clean I understand the ups and downs. Just know we support you no matter what you choose to do with yourself. Just be sure to take care of yourself friend. Your health comes first. Honestly appreciate how transparent you've always been which is where videos like this from you are even appreciated.

I appreciate this video. I am glad you expressed the values that you carry through no matter state you're in. It was evident when you were using. And it was evident when you were struggling with your mental health. But I still think there was still some important content. There is still much validity in the experiences you posted. People are always ready to invalidate people who are experiences mental health or people who use substances. I do prefer seeing you healthier and more lucid. I certainly did worry. I hope you can find a balance of keeping your curious and passionate spark, while maintaining a healthier way.
Salukie, the problem is you don't fit into a world that's full of uncultured, intellectually stunted and tribal human beings. You function on a higher level, which can make you feel so alone even in a room full of people. It's like a curse for you. You must work toward making your reality a blessing. Never believe that anything is wrong with you. You simply function on a higher level. Look into your own spiritual being, know that this lifetime is only one lifetime in many that you chose to come and fullfill. Make peace with yourself and your journey will be so much easier in this lifetime.

I've been on anti-depressants for many years. The days I forget to take them are the days I'm less productive and more apprehensive. The last three months have been really good. Experimenting with MJ was not a good idea. You seem like you are really in good shape right now. Love your videos. And personally I hope you get back to making videos. But with some help, create good boundaries about how much you work etc. All the best!!!

12 step program. absolutely amazing. if you want deep healing and really letting go of the impulse to do drugs… it’s an amazing path and everyone in my life who’s gone deep into it has transformed their lives in ways that probably wouldn’t have ever happened if they didn’t go through the hell they did with their drug issues

When I was a teenager my wise grandma had me promise her I would never do drugs.I’m 44 and never touched that shit.not even cigarettes.might sound like nerdy but I never felt the need and never cared about social pressure.i got music to keep me going.

I'm glad to see you after this time away, you look more calm; centered. There is no need to dwell on your mistakes. I have always thought you were a good man and still do. The greatest way to redeem ourselves from the mistakes of the past is to not let those mistakes prevent us from doing the right thing now (This is a very high concept). By going public with your mistakes, you show a step in that direction.
I agree to make an emotional argument and say all of your opinions on the conflict are wrong because you were mentally struggling is not a fair argument. I disagree with you, but you have much more real world experience in this conflict then I and it would be foolish to ignore your opinions.
What is it about our people that makes them seek to silence everyone who speaks out of term? I think it's because they are scared. Jewish history is riddled with stories of them being marched out of their homes and any argument is seen as an excuse to repeat history.
I do not know how to end this conflict but I do know the key to end our collective fear is to know our god and all will be revealed. I am not saying this of you, you are courageous. In going to forbidden areas to find the truth or coming forward to admit your failures. I look forward to whatever you make.
