@@exfkinley1406 love it mate, the pro exhaust is great especially when it’s warm and in sport mode. Used to be a bit loud when I left for work rly early but now I don’t have to, so the cold starts aren’t a problem! Bluetooth can be temperamental but usually it’s fine

I cheaped out and got a res delete and buying carbon tips it is almost identical in noise minus the valve gimic which I keep see various issues with!

OK, I have to ask. My MINI is a '19 F55 MCS (LCI). I just scheduled a service appointment for a JCW Tuning Kit with Exhaust Flap System. Are we talking about the same parts here?

I got the Mini JCW with Pro Exhaust like yours, why my car in green mode is louder than mid and sport?
I’m unsure as to why that is the case. Mine was loud in green mode but the sport mode always won with noise comparisons!
@@tourquecars I mean, if te walk only about sound (excluding pops & bangs) it should be louder in green mode compared to mid, no?..
Sport mode for me is the loudest that’s weird

You can change to different down pipes indeed. Mine had a standard cat!

Depends what exhaust it has. But my vote is yes!!
how can we solve the bluetooth problem?
Very good question. I changed my battery frequently in the button. You could always unplug the exhaust if yours is really bad. Also suggest speaking to mini to update the module!
In green mode with JCW Pro exhaust the car is louder than the stock exhaust in green mode?
Yes mate if that valve is open it’s a completly different car all together😄

It can… but there is a lot of complications with it due to the gpf filters and coding needed

@@Ssteven9867 erkundigt habe ich mich nicht, habe jedoch herausgefunden das es in anderen Ländern Händler gibt die sowas machen, und anscheinend ist es kompatibel. Software muss dann noch geändert werden. Ob das in Deutschland auch so einfach ist bezweifle ich..

2017 I think mate! Make sure to check on that tho✌🏽
You can get pre-LCI 2018's but there wasn't many made as the OPF law came in about March 2018. General rule is if if has the union jack rear lights then it will have the OPF.

Hi pal, Just wondering if you know if all the jcw minis have the pro exhaust. I’ve tried looking online but can’t find the answer. I’ve also tried speccing one up on the website but there was no option for the pro exhaust so was just wondering if it was standard or not?
Hi Nick, that’s a great question. All the JCW’s come with a standard exhaust and the pro option is a spec. They stopped allowing the spec of the Pro exhaust 2016/17 onwards I do believe. So if you want a pro exhaust get it fitted separately. They’re also not very cheap second hand. Still sitting between £750-£1000 used. The coding of the removal of a GPF filter will be a problem on the facelift but other than that you should be ok👌🏽

The car is loud only exceeded 3000 rpm or even below?
Around that rev range. Most pops you hear on fly bys are 5000 re range to get the multiple pops and bangs!

You can actually buy one from mini themselves. Look up “Elliot Cutter” on Facebook drop him a message and he will sort you out with one I’m sure. Wether you want carbon tips or chrome take your pick! He’s the cheapest Out there👍🏻

Boost gauges bud! They come stock with the JCW just have to be added onto the spec list sheet when buying the car new🤟🏽

Makes me regret buying a 2020 JCW. I hate the fact mine has the GPF.
Yeah that sucks having that mate big time😳 you can get a full exhaust system tho and map it out. The only thing I’m not sure about is your mot’s and where you stand as you’ve taken it out

I think i got the pro exhaust in my mini, however it doesn’t have that controller. How do I know if valves are open or closed?
Look down the right tip of the exhaust if the flap is open you’ll see a line in the middle of the exhaust pipe. But as you don’t know I’d suggest it’s closed up
