Hey hun. Hope you’re feeling better as far as your mental health. What you were experiencing were text book panic attacks. They can easily be treated by exposing yourself to the distressing situation and reminding you’re self that you’re safe and combo of deep breathing. Glad you’re better though.

For the longest time I was dealing with it on my own, and it got to a point where I felt like I was suffocating. When I got help, it was like a weight off my shoulders. I am not 100% but I am definitely improving. The progress isn't fast, but I feel it. I hope it gets even better for you, and it does seem like it is! Been a follower for a while and you're one of the very few beauty UA-camrs I still watch.

I went through something very similar when my grandma passed away, one doctor kinda blew me off & after seeing a new doctor it helped so much! I am glad you’re feeling better. Hearing that you’re moving into a house of your own is crazy but amazing!! I’m also happy that you opened up about your anxiety. It’s a hard thing to talk about and it’s hard to go through for sure. I’ve been going through almost the same thing as you with being anxious and going through the grieving process so thank you for being so open about it. I love that you talk about your job because you’re so passionate. My anxiety started in cosmetology school. I ended up having to drop out halfway through. I’ve been working through it for the last few years. I have so much to be happy and grateful for so I’m good❤️ I’m so happy you got help and are working through it!

Geez it’s so crazy to hear about your anxiety problems bc I was going through something scary similar. I’m a hair stylist and one day while doing highlights I randomly felt light headed and hot and my heart started pounding and I had to excuse myself from my client and eventually I left work bc I was having a major panic attack. And for about a month after that i would get a similar feeling but only while I was blow drying. I thought I was having low blood sugar problems or I was low in iron or something. But it turns out something was just triggering me this whole time. And I think it’s bc my car died suddenly and right in front of me a couple months prior to feeling that way while working. It’s getting better for me and I hope it’s getting better for you!

I'd absolutely love a microblading related video (or your work in general). I had my brows microbladed over 2 years ago, and I loved the look and convenience during the first year. Now I'd say it's 90% gone and all I have left are the red scars on where the blading were. I'm not really bothered by those, though. It's coverable with makeup and I have a good amount of hair on my brows. However, it would be nice if you could talk about aftercare and what to do to avoid/fix scarring for people who are thinking of getting one!

Have you ever had your thyroid checked before? Major life changes/stress is a Huge trigger & makes my thyroid disease worst! My first symptoms were fast heart rate, tremors, anxiety attacks, blood pressure up & down (makes you feel like fainting)! I hate for you to put a bandaid on a real underline condition!!! My hyperthyroidism turned into Graves because I never got the right treatment for it & even with medicine it goes into remission! Causes acne & hair thinning/dandruff too! It’s so crazy how much the thyroid controls...it’s the powerhouse of your body! Wishing all the best!

My birthday is in January too and I turned 29 🙄 but anyways! You are one of the very few girls I have ever seen that looks absolutely amazing with full on eye shadow and no face makeup!
I use to think I had panic attacks, but one time I went to the dr and my heart rate was really high so they did an EKG and I ended up having Wolf Parkinson’s white syndrome. And my heart rate wasn’t always high but like when I did certain things it would go up. But a dr never thought about anything like that before because when they did my vitals they were always good. But my heart would beat fast and I would pass out sometimes. It’s a rare condition and a very mild procedure or daily meds can completely fix it and won’t ever have to worry about that at work again!

My hyperthyroidism turned into Graves because I never got the right treatment for it & even with medicine it goes into remission! Causes acne & hair thinning/dandruff too! It’s so crazy how much the thyroid controls...it’s the powerhouse of your body! Wishing all the best!

I use to think I had panic attacks, but one time I went to the dr and my heart rate was really high so they did an EKG and I ended up having Wolf Parkinson’s white syndrome. And my heart rate wasn’t always high but like when I did certain things it would go up. But a dr never thought about anything like that before because when they did my vitals they were always good. But my heart would beat fast and I would pass out sometimes. It’s a rare condition and a very mild procedure or daily meds can completely fix it and won’t ever have to worry about that at work again!
