I love that concealer! I used to use whatever the old formula was in middle and high school, and recently got fed up with all of my current foundations/concealers and repurchased it again. I like how lightweight it is!
This is awesome! Covergirl going cruelty free gives me hope that one day L’Oreal will go cruelty free! When I made the switch to all cruelty free products, finding good replacements for the L’Oreal products I loved was the hardest!

I wish CoverGirl would have that shade of foundation in their Healthy Elixar foundation because that foundation is AMAZING!!!! The first shade is just so dark for my pale skin. They also do have a translucent powder you get a lot of powder. Love this look! I love all the CoverGirl lashblast mascaras.

I prefer cover girl mascara over high end. It’s easy it work with and I’ve never had an issue with clumps. With bigger brands the applicators are hard for me to work with and it gets clumpy
I’m not a vegan, but I try and get any of my beauty items cruelty free. I’m happy to say all of my makeup is cruelty free! I was happy to hear cover girl is and I went and got myself a new mascara 😊
You should try the cover girl vitalist healthy elixir foundation(I think I got the name right) it’s a medium- full coverage foundation with a satin finish it works so well on my combo skin 😊 and the supersizer mascara- it’s the only one that keeps my lashes curled

I really want to go cruelty free as well myself but I'm actually from China; and you know everything cosmetics products in China need to go through animal testing(which is devastating). I go to college in the states so when I'm at school I only use cruelty free products but it is so hard to avoid non-cruelty free products when I'm back in China...I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do:(
Bring stuff back with you! Makeup lasts a while :) or order online from like e.l.f. cosmetics or someone cruelty-free and vegan because non-Chinese products ordered online in/to China do NOT have to be tested on other animals, just if they are sold in shops in China. Or get some from Hong Kong? :) cheers x

CG has a loose powder. It has a brown lid and a clear bottom. I’m light skinned as well so I use the color translucent light.
Cover girl actually does have a loose mineral powder. They’ve had it for years! I like it.

Do you let your concealer dry before you go in with the shadow when doing a cut crease? Or apply the eyeshadow while the concealer is still wet?
