MINI Cooper S | Still a great choice? (4K)

- The MINI Cooper S is arguably the most well known MINI out there, if you ask someone to name a MINI they will most likely say the Cooper S. The Cooper S sits at the top of the 3 Door Hatch range. However after around 10 years the current generation is about to be succeeded next year. We wanted to remind ourselves what makes the current generation so great.

Matt. Absolutely! The Mini is indeed ICONIC. The current model still has it all. In bucket loads. It is classless, ageless [any age group from new drivers to those in later life, keeping them young at heart!], gender-less and timeless. Incredible piece of kit. Yes you could have an SUV or even a sports car and have an every day, pop to the shops in a Mini. Fantastic! High quality, finish and design. Yes cannot wait for the new minimalist 2024 is exiting...very! Yet the current Mini as featured is a gem! Excellent refresh! Thanks Matt.
I ordered a 2024 Mini S, green with the Manul Transmision. Due the end of February, can't wait.
Bought a used cooper s when we bought a new house and sold my 'luxury' large car to fund it. It has everything I want and none of the annoyances of modern cars with bings and bongs and bloody lane assist. In Norfolk most of my driving is country lanes, and on those it's a genuine missile keeping up with far faster cars as its small and nimble. Pick up the mini keys makes me smile. With heads up, glass sunroof and super comfy seats it's pretty epic. Until someone needs to sit in the back 😂 my only real complaint is minor and that's that the 2ltr engine is far too torquey so gear changes don't really need to happen and it's not a great sounding car.
Anyone know what the wheels on this are called? Cant see them on the configurator.
Will there be a petrol version of the 2024 new Mini?
Yeah there will be 👍. Unfortunately they are not making manuals anymore though
