My Name is Max and I film while driving cars. No matter if they are old, fast, loud or electric. They need to be special! With several onboard cams, I record everything important to show you High-Speed-Runs, Acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ) and test drives on German Autobahn or Road. the last gear, overdrive gear barely move in 5-5.5k rpm but speed still increasing 20-30+ kmh. and the car is still pushing quick. crazy. seem like vanos is also helping alot in this sytem.

Cool ! My F56 Cooper S didnt really loosen up until around 10k miles. Everything was nicely bedded in, like the engine and gearbox - everything came together then. Unfortunately, here in UK, we just havent got the roads to build that kind of speed, so its more about quick acceleration, and being nimble and cheeky, within our system.
Hi Peter, nice that your car feels good now ! Do you also have a very noticeable kick (like the one you have with a single clutch) when you upshift gears with full throttle in M/S mode on gearbox ? I wonder if it’s normal on my car. Doesn’t happen in D mode with sport activated
@@vincent-l08 My one is a 6 speed manual, which is more appropriate on British roads, for me, anyway.
It’s is annoying, in London it’s 20 miles almost everywhere lucky with 30!

@@vincent-l08 I know i'm very late, but recently bought a Mini and mine does the exact same thing on S mode for the gearbox. I think it's like that on purpose, to seem like it's shifting faster maybe?
@@MrCodps3player very good choice I hope you like it! After driving it for one year, I also think it's on purpose. It only happens with full throttle + sport mode + M/S mode for gearbox. The kick during the upshifts also happens when I use the launch control with ESC off

f56 1.5 in sport mode runs 210 on 5th gear, on 6000rpm, but doesn't turn 6th either
My 2019 Ram 2500 is electronically limited to 103mph(165kph)....but it'll do it hauling a 35 foot travel trailer...of course...if I want to turn, I have to plan ahead.

Sad that they limit them electronically, when stage 1 remapped and unlocked, the car can go past 270 km/h. It doesn’t even use the sixth gear, that’s where it is locked. 274 km/h on sixth gear with seventh gear in reserve. Good DCT transmission and engine is capable of more power, 280 hp/450 Nm is safe for this 7DCT and Cooper S engine, 98 ron+ fuel, drop in filter and fmic. But for even safer terms 260 hp/400 Nm is better. Tested.
Most of the cars today are being locked at 250-260 km/h, we know that.

only 240 with 192 hp and 2 ltr? mhm i had a 211 hp 1.6 ltr. jcw coupe this thing did 260 kmh and now i drive a copper sd with 143 hp 2 ltr. i did 240 with it.

In the UK. If your speedometer reads 100mph, you are only doing 96/7 miles per hour. Not sure if it's the same for speedometers in km.
Yes so the the discrepancy is around 10 km/h, at least on my Cooper.
