Let me first say I love what you do and crave more of it. As a coaster enthusiast I have nothing but appreciation for all of the coaster content created for our viewing pleasure. That said, it seems like every Coaster blogger, podcast creator, enthusiast creating content and making top coaster lists tries to come up with a reason why Velocicoaster isn't the #1 coaster in the world. I just don't understand it. Velocicoaster has, if not the best theming in the world, maybe the second best. But I really challenge anyone to say there is a coaster with a better combination of theming, inversions, and overall ride experience than Velocicoaster. I also have an incredible amount of love for Mako and hate to see it not make your top 25. To me Mako is the quintessential hyper, incredible first drop, beautiful scenery, wonderfully smooth and just a floater airtime machine. My son and I took a trip to GA this year to ride Airie and yes it is incredible. Regardless of my differing opinions, loved the list, great work and keep it up.
Thanks for the feedback ! I really appreciate it and I think velocicoaster is the perfect coaster but the only reason I put mystic over it was because it’s closer to me and I have more opportunities to ride it whenever! But I really do think it’s the most perfect roller coaster
STEEL VENGEANCE is the obvious #1 ... CP's Millennium & Maverick can be argued as top 25'ers! But TopThrill 2 will blow all others away ... it's got that potential!
Velocicoaster is amazing one of best coasters ever with first time riding it in December 23 that and wildcats revenge are two of my top 10. Of your list been on 12 or so of them.
Iron gwazi is truly something special. I'm not an enthusiast as I haven't ridden many coasters. But IG was the first one that felt like it was gonna snap me in half. It's so nonstop relentless that it never lets you catch your breath. When I hit the brake run for the first time, I was like "what was that?" lol
Mystic is so good !! And yes love both of your choices ! I just wish I lived closer to Iron Gwazi and look out next week I’m doing another kings island video !
It is wonderful to see a list that is courageous enough to break away from "consensus" (or what we are suggested is consensus)!!! Your opinion of El Toro is similar to my opinion of Millennium Force. It has my favorite first drop, and then (aside from the third hill) it becomes largely a waste of time. An overly-tight, money-saving grayout-inducing horseshoe bend, boring tunnels, an aimless layout without precision, and irrational blocking... but being at "Cedar Point" and a "first", it apparently garners a lot of favor. Magnum is like a girlfriend. Millennium Force is like an AI-generated "girlfriend". Pointless big curves, and hardly any heart.
Haha thank you for the response !! Yeah millennium is slowly falling in my list, it will always be legendary but so many better coasters are being made that it’s hard to keep it in the top lists !!
