Best neck articulation out of the bunch but it’s a bit to small :/

I've gone back to see different accounts regarding Tarbosaurus' size. Most state 33 feet. I found some giving a range of 33' to 39'. The type specimen is 33 feet in length. If these estimates are to be strongly considered, my question is how did we end up claiming it's the Asian version of Trex? At 33' it's 6 to 10 feet smaller. There must be some glaring anatomical differences between Trex and Zhuchengtyrannus because it was slightly bigger than Tarbosaurus (assumed due to fragmentary remains) yet and still, you never hear of IT being considered the Asian version of Tyrannosaurus. All that said, an accurately scaled BotM Tarbo would've been 2 inches bigger.
