I love all the information you showed! I like that realtors often show the houses, but it's nice to get a feel for the area before trying to pick a house. Tiny suggestion though: Please pan from side to side a little slower. You're one of the only people I've found that actually pans and shows everything so I was jumping for joy but the speed made me slightly nauseous and I didn't get to see everything. Lots of other videos are a walking tour but you only ever see what's on the one street right in front of them. Thank you for showing so much more and telling all about it! I'll be watching your other videos! :) :) :)

Frisco and Plano are better. I currently live in McKinney and I'm starting to not like it at all.

@Akbar Lebowitz so many reasons. 1 major reason is that it is starting to resemble some of the Illinois suburbs I have lived in. It was nice when I first got here and worked remotely. Now, I have been out more and see the negatives that were not so obvious before. Prosper is more to my liking. Frisco and Plano tied a close second.
...I'm looking at getting an office in Adriatica for one of my businesses. First time I drove through there I was captivated and as soon as I find the time, I'm going to delve further into pursuing an office space either there or somewhere in McKinney.
That would be a sweet place for an office ! McKinney in general is awesome
Excellent video! The APEX rec center is a big plus too!! We lived in McKinney years ago; moved away for 18 years and just moved back. We settled in Melissa, because the cost of living was better. 🙂

When Are You Coming South??? Duncanville, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, West Dallas, Oakcliffe, Bishop Arts, etc... East Dallas Where I Live. White Rock Lake, Lake Highland, Casa Linda Area. Lower Greenville Too!!!
I will get to them eventually there is just so many suburbs it’s overwhelming 😂 I use to live south of Dallas before as well.

Surprised you didn't mention the Tucker Hill neighborhood. It's the prettiest one I think, though houses hardly ever come up for sale it seems.

We just recently move here to mckinney north área. But there is not public transportaion service.
U do Excellent vidios. Tasteful. Conduct yourself with Class.
The cool people live on the east side. The better Bar b q and Mexican restaurants are over there. Plus on the weekend end every other house has backyard party with live music going on , They will invite you right in .

What is the night life like there for someone who likes sports bars an lounges. Not clubs.
Night life is good, you have options in McKinney, frisco & surrounding cities as well. Not clubs but you can find some decent bar and lounges
It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. 💯

For a sin scared earth looks pretty unique. I want Blessing for every one. But the earth is fading. Like God said it would. Jesus is real hope
