Hi Shanza, Thank you for all your informative videos! I'm binging on them since I will be visiting Dallas at the next week to figure out where to relocate. We are looking for new home constructions with 4+beds,
Any information about Woodbridge. I’m starting to look at 1 story villas by greenadier st Woodbridge but know very little about it. Your commentary was great!
I love the Woodbridge community it’s near your day to day necessities, some of it goes into sachse city. But you’re pretty much near everything. I heard good things about that community and builder for the one story villas ! Let me know if you need any help ☺️
I moved the Wylie from Grand Prairie. I don't understand why everybody Wylie thinks they have to drive as fast as the car will go. I live on a residential street they're doing 60 and 70 miles an hour in a 30 mile an hour Zone. I saw a guy at Home Depot doing 40 miles an hour in the parking lot Might as well Call it Wylie Speedway
Thank you so much for spoiling us all with many amazing choices!…to me, no nightlife is a pro….makes for a safer community……so difficult to settle on one city….but the community atmosphere is what’s winning me 😊
People who move to places like Wylie shouldn’t complain about nightlife or shopping really. As long as you have your day to day essentials like grocery store, Walmart, gas stations, pharmacy, etc, your good. Like She said, shopping, dining, etc. is literally a few minutes down the road.
Hi Shanaza, Where is wooded creek avenue in Dallas, TX USA. Will you please cover that area of Wylie. I am interested in that area. Is this area a place worth living in Wylie? Please also let me know the Parks and schools near this place. How long are these places and how many minutes is required to walk or drive to these places.
In terms of growth. Wylie has already grown a lot compared to Celina. Celina has a lot more room to grow they still have lot of developments in the works

I'm so happy you included info on the famous Wylie axe murder!
Really Beautiful place. Portland used to be like that. Before the homeless took over.
Great community. Would get that here. South Dakota had tight knit.

@@lifeindallastexass I’m going to look at them. I want to downsize from my current home from the past 23 years.
Born and raised in Wylie since 1980, glad it's the spot now, but I'm also not glad that it's a spot now.

How about jobs for USPS? What’s the closest NDC or P&DC in the area?
Wylie vs Celina, which one you think will grow faster? I think Celina is closer to prosper, frsico, so it may grow faster?

That's where I am heading next year hopefully I like it. I am from NYC. A black family with two kids. Do they have job for nurses?
Not sure if they do but there is plenty of jobs for nurses nearby in McKinney, allen Plano etc if not in Wylie.
Check online for any jobs for Baylor Scott and White Hospital. They have a location in Wylie! God bless y'all.
Always jobs for nurses in Texas.
One friendly reminder, Texans don't vote Democrat. Ever.
