hi i see you posted your question one year ago the tune is called foggy dew followed by green glens of antrim a couple of irish tunes hope this helps after one year
Covid I'd say is a sort of marker, most of corps of drums pre covid had a wide range of pieces they play but now you'd be lucky to hear them play anything apart from hazelmere, galanthja, adjutant, prussians glory or household brigade (at a push). And the Irish guards corps of drums has been disbanded now so that's counting out a large proportion of quality musicians
Superb style, deportment and musical ability - Coldstream Guards musicians really are "Second to none!"
Sounds awful
Second to one!
Second to everyone
Its terrible. Drumming all over the place and some wrong notes from the flutes
Jonathan Alvo fifes not flutes
The marches are
Galanthia
The adjunct (i think)
Hezalmere(i think)
The foggy dew
?
Sergeant Liam Rowley, Coldstream Guards. Corps of Drums Drum Major
We always played galanthia in the Royal Hampshire regiment
Thank you. I had forgotten his name. Had not seen him for some time.
Corps of drums Coldstream guards with the same regiment 💂🇬🇧

shame the F was wrong in Gallanthia
He wasn't, they just didn't play as written like I do, it's boring for the F if you don't improvise the first phrase
jesus christ snares clean it up!
