I have used a number of mini skids and my fav is the toro dingo. Great mix of all of the brands in my opinion

Hey there’s a metal rod toward the back when you open it to stand it up

Hood gets held up by the little rod right in the area where the fan sits when put down. The slot to put it in is right next to the fan, it is notched where it goes in then slides down for stability.

Definitely a design flaw. There should be a metal bar that folds down and rests against the engine mount to prop the hood up and allow someone to service the engine without having to use their other hand to hold up the hood.

We bought the bobcat and it’s okay. From the factory there is two hydraulic lines that rub. After 400 hours they explode. It seems to lack a lot of power on turns. It’s also had muffler detachment problems, parking break issues, throttle issues, and more in 400 hours of operation.
We do use it more than our big skids due to it fitting in most backyard gates and it doesn’t tear up the lawn much.
I would personally recommend the kubota one due to the keyless system and its narrow design

The Price of those Mini! Yikes! For what they Cost it would have to be working at least 3 to 4 days a week all day just to justify the cost!

Dude, when are you going to change the name of your Lawn Service. It seems kind of odd when you're around 17-18 now. It sounds cool when your 14 or so, but it's time to bring the business to a mature level now.

@@thelawncarekid I also do lawn mowing, odd jobs, fire wood in rural West Virginia. Only have 1 full-time employee we stay within 15 mile radius do to both being volunteers with the fire department and rescue squad and stop what we're doing often for emergency calls. Over the past few years our odd jobs have really increased with people getting too old to do things. Example this afternoon we're going to trim a customer's bushes because he can't.
