You two are so good together (Like peanut butter and jelly). He drives and you clear 😅👍👏👏👏 The Love you two Share jumps right off the TV screen. 🥰 Whatever you two experience in life, It's Obvious that you too will come through it Together with flying colors🎯
Just started a new drinking game while watching TVE during the Hurricane. Take a drink every time Michael says “awesome”. Then finish your drink if he says “awesome, awesome”. Let’s Go 🤙
I am here in the villages renting a home near Lake Sumter. I found a home to purchase and am going to stay through the storm. Thank you for the reassurance that the village’s infrastructure is well planned. Stay safe everyone!
Y'all should already be gone...please go North and get out! We've been dealing with Helene damage since she hit. This is going to be worse. Please take care. 🙏🙏🙏
Just a few weeks ago I got a Briggs and Stratton 26KW Natural Gas Whole House Generator installation completed. South of Lafayette Louisiana here. Always enjoy your videos. Y'all be safe with Milton. My coworker and his family went through Hurricane Helene near Cedar Key Florida. A long time friend lives in Tampa. Last week I started volunteering for the United Cajun Navy 🇺🇸
Fun, positive and decent!! That's surely what we need more of in this world! The content of your channel is awesome because of sharing your community with thoughtful conversation. Take cover. Be safe.
Praying for you and everyone else in Milton's path. Stay safe and enjoy that beautiful home. My favorite hurricane snack is probably roasted peanuts in the shell. We also like to grill when the power is out so I always make sure to have hot dogs and/or hamburgers along with buns. I'm looking forward to your update video!
Use the shelters if they're available and stay safe my beautiful neighbors in Florida. The people in the Bahamas are very concerned and keeping you all in our prayers ❤❤
You just passed our house at 35:00 😳 on Meggison. Our lanai is empty and our neighbors are watching our place. We’ll be down there next week. Stay safe 🙏🏻
We left for our Georgia house yesterday at noon & other than the first half hour, traffic went along very nicely. Planning to return on Friday if it's safe to travel. My son-in-law and adult grandson are at their house in TV. Praying for them, you, TV and all in Florida! Be safe! Many thanks for your updates that help us see what's going on there. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Great intro to the villages...recently retired in Canada, though went to Naples High as my parents had a house in Naples for a few decades...love Florida and appreciate storm prep and the power of mother nature. ...Take care!
You seem giddy. Aren't you only an hour from Tampa with water all around you. Isn't major flooding a concern? This is a Cat 5 hurricane. You should've evacuated! Prayers for all of you.
The Villages were built over the 100 year floodplain, were built to withstand hurricane winds, and their roads and what not go in a downward slope so flood waters filter down to the golf courses. They are 87 miles from Tampa, and as of right now are not in danger of any storm surges. They are expecting a lot of rain and up to 80mph winds, which the homes are designed to sustain much more than that. Unless the storm shifts more north, they will likely be fine.
Milton is a category 4 hurricane that will downgrade to a 3 before it hits land between Sarasota/Tampa. Like someone else mentioned, the Villages is inland and won’t have a coastal storm surge.
Hi 👋🏻 we finally made it to TV we’re staying in Marsh Bend for the next month until we find a home. Just in time for the hurricane 😬. Be safe and we hope to see you someday soon. We can’t believe we’re here!
Micheal & Tiffany God Bless You for Braving all the Weather and KEEPING Us With You...Many of Us are WATCHING 😮 and Hoping All Stays Safe on Your Side. I'm 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 🙏🙏 PRAYING for Everyone's Safety. I'm Glad to See You Have EACH OTHER to STAY POSITIVE. I'll be waiting for Your "Day After" video of the Villages. My Favorite Snack to KEEP ON HAND, Here 😁 in California it's Earthquake Time EVERYDAY, Is "Caramel Apple Lollipops"...a treat from my Early school days....Where I learned to Duck UNDER a DESK and Cover My Head..😮We had Earthquake drills 2 times a year. Crazy Right.
The Villages is one of the places inland that people evacuate to. We are very safe here. We met a couple tonight who arrived at an Airbnb here on our street after evacuating from the Tampa area.
Stay safe Michael and Tiffany. Enjoying your content so much. Please keep us posted on how TV comes out of this big CAT 5 Hurricane. Sending love and prayers to you both and all involved in this storm.
Hey guys we are watching from NC. Michael and Tiffany we are praying for you guys. It does look like you are being spared somewhat. Please be safe. We love you guys. Be blessed
We had to sell our Villages winter home this spring, so I a living vicariously through you nice people. I miss the golf cart paths, and enjoy riding along with you guys. Good luck to you. I think you'll be fine during the hurricane. The Villages has excellent drainage and water management systems. Just bring in anything outside that might blow around.
Stay Safe.......We have been in Michigan for 7 weeks. Plan on heading back on Sunday!!! Pray all is well and everyone is OK after this CRAZY Milton Hurricane!!!! Can't wait for Harry and the Natives to open!!!! Blessings!!! Hope you Tesla doesn't get flooded and blows up like we have heard other EV issues!!
Yes, Please stay safe!!! We had a lot of rain and 75 mph winds because of Helene and we live approx 1, 000 miles away . if we lose power, we have a home generator and much more, etc.
Great information. We are currently taking our lifestyle visit and ironically my wife and I are also staying "In A Pickle". Hoping this will be the beginning of our journey as residents of The Villages as well!
Been doing a lot of research on the Villages. Thank you for the videos, they help see the surroundings and POV of traveling through the different areas.
I just found your wonderful channel today, and I am now a new subscriber! I always was intrigued to know how the villages community looked like in Florida. Thank you for showing us around! Please, please stay safe, and I hope and pray that you make the right decision regarding this mega hurricane, as to whether you stay at home or relocate to a hotel further inland. Sending you both all the best from a sleepy village in Southern Germany 🙂xx
We are very curious to see how this hurricane effects the Villages. It's good to watch how you two deal with this since you are both old hats when it comes to judging what to do when a hurricane is on the way. Thanks for the vids. - Tim & Paula.
This is my 21st year as a Floridian. I’ve lived on the intracoastal waterway and 10 years in TV in central FL. Hurricanes diminish as they hit land. Yes, in TV we can have wind damage but flood mitigation is built into our community so the likelihood of any flooding anywhere, other than in the Historic District, is quite low. I’ll take a hurricane over a tornado or blizzard anytime. Prepared but staying put.
Big fan here! Stay safe please you two ! ❤ my storm snack is chips and chocolate 👍 I love the villages Thank You for letting us drive with you ! 🙏❤ Christine in Mass..
First time I've seen ya. You are the smileiest couple!! 😅 Mike your snack is corn chips.. I'm in Napa California so mine is wine 🍷 Kidding!! I just like plain potato chips & onion dip. 💜 💜
Hubby and I just left this Sunday the Harper Villas for our Lifestyle visit. Had to leave early due to Milton and drive back to SC. Stay safe and we look forward to your next video. 😊
We enjoy living vicariously through you until we retire there in about two years! Thanks for the updates and stay safe! Btw, We live on Cape Cod now but New Smyrna Beach is my happy place. Great job Tiffany! ❤😀
Another great video, thank you two for sharing! @14:30 I heard the "outside the bubble" Harry and the Natives is closing :(. @15:25, love that guy's flags! Happy One Year YT-versary! Do you guys make hotel reservations right nearby, like at Brownwood or further away like in Orlando (Disney for you two!)?
We live in the new Eastport area in The Villages. Confident in what the villages has built from the quality of our homes to the infrastructure. We got this!
1st viewer; thoroughly enjoyed it and will look frwd to future videos. I did visited the Golden Coral probably 2 yrs ago and I must admit it was one of my best experience. Stay safe as you weather Hurricane Milton 🙏🙏🙏✌🙌
Hello Michael and Tiffany hope you both stay safe but with ten to fifteen inches of rain is not good. My favorite place is Prima the eggplant parmesan and meat balls and chicken ceaser salad is awesome. Yes the Turnpike norh was a parking lot and took five stations before I could get gas. Thanks for showing us the new section of Richmond, I was by there the other day and was amazed that they were done. The waves are rough, coffee ice cream and chips & dip. I am staying in Lake Denham!!!
Do you have Storm Shutters on your windows? 160 mph winds create some serious Schrapnel. Were in Alabama and in 1 day we had 173 tornado's touch down so yea, we stay ready. Favorite tornado snack, Peanut Butter crackers, pre packaged. Bless you all, Be safe and we'll see you after the storm.......
Well then 150,000 of their closest friends here in The Villages are all crazy then. All homes built post 2024 are built to the best hurricane standards, and The Villages underground water mitigation system is unparalleled . People living in the manufactured homes in the most northern part of The Villages should evacuate. We are not in a flood zone and the storm will be a Cat 1 or 2 when it arrives here. They are in one of the safest places they could be, which is why people evacuate to The Villages. Thanks for all the great content Michael and Tiffany!!
Responding to these last couple comments...Here is the official evac order from our local emergency management team in Sumter county...."Residents of The Villages® community can shelter in place, as homes in this community are built above the 100-year floodplain and designed to withstand strong winds." We Villagers do appreciate the concern of many however.
We adore living in St John’s too! We look forward to having Harry & the Natives opening in 2025!! Don’t forget this Sunday about 12:30 we will have our Halloween Golf Cart contest & cart ride down to Brownwood via our lovely Village of St Johns & Richmond!!
Sounds like you guys are prepared. Fingers crossed that you dont have any flooding. Heard that one of the house fires during Helene was caused by a Tesla (no idea if that was fact or not) . Be safe!
I love watching you both. Where do you get the information on the sanitation schedule? I usually see it on the villages districtgov website but it’s not there. I heard you say it’s rescheduled for Saturday. Where do you find that information
I remember when hurricane Sandy was coming to Long Island my sister went to her mother in laws further in she left her cat at her house I said don’t worry she’ll be okay…we’ll we all know what happened she got her car but 4 months before they could go home always be prepared for the unexpected they sound prepared good luck be safe
Thank you everyone for reaching out! We are safe and blessed. We had some minor damage that we will share in an update video soon. Stay tuned…
Hurricane Milton is on the way to Florida! Stay safe everyone! We will update everyone when we can. Thanks! M&T❤TVE

Great show, as always. I moved here last Monday, just in time for Milton. 😮

Love your positivity guys. We are so blessed with you both. Take good care. We hope and pray for the least disruption for all the Villagers.
Worried for you folks in Florida. What a beautiful area you live in. I wish I could live in Florida, too humid for me. Take good care.

They’re very inland. Water shouldn’t be an issue only wind.
