This is an awesome goalie session for beginners, Christian. Really enjoyed it and cannot wait to introduce it to my team. Goalie training is one of our weak spots.
Thanks for the awesome feedback. I'm really glad you liked it! 🙌 Next Monday, I'll post a video about high diving and how to land safely. If enjoyed this one, I think you''ll like that one too ☺️
Hey buddy. I'll release a video on how to improve your reaction speed soon enough :) But if you want to train your diving, here are some great drills: ua-cam.com/video/D8IDfuXO93s/v-deo.html
That will be covered in the high diving video next week ❤️ But you should always aim to land on the side of your body - especially knees and elbows to protect them. Frequent landing on these joint will cut your goalkeeper carreer short ☺️
Hey buddy. Coming back from an injury like that is not easy. It's all about getting your muscle memory, comfortability and confidence back through constant repetitions. I'd start small and then slowly build on from there. I've made a video about overcoming fear of diving and you can watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/D8IDfuXO93s/v-deo.html
Huff! I know the feeling. This has happened SO many times for me, especially when I was learning the technique. The one warm-up drill, I do in this video, where I catch the ball with one hand really helps against this. Because you don't want to RAM your pinky in the ground but rather the side of your hand. AND! I know I say in the video to keep your hand ON the ground but this is just a way of me teaching you the technique. You don't really have to have your hand ALL the way on the ground, just keep it close enough, so the ball doesn't sneak in under you. I hope you can use this 🙏 The only way of overcoming that fear is to practice the right technique - every day if needed.
Hey buddy, Being scared of diving is very normal. And the only way to overcome is to actually do it and start training. Thinking about it won't get you anyways :) Here's a better video about all the diving techniques: ua-cam.com/video/8JcN2PXnDqM/v-deo.html And here's a video about overcoming your fear of diving: ua-cam.com/video/D8IDfuXO93s/v-deo.html
@@freefiresquadfriends4787 Hey. Of course, rough turfs are "rougher" for your body, 100%. But with the right landing technique, you can overcome a lot of this. The pitch I'm playing is Astro and it hasn't been changed in 10 years so it's HARD !
@@GroundGloryGoalkeeping Thanks for the advice. I had shoulder dislocation once attempting a high dive but saved it . I had been a keeper since 7 yrs old so diving is pretty easy for me. All I need is good exercises for distribution and power leg
I hope you like this one guys 🙏

Get gloves with finger safety, for they are more stiff , the gloves is more stiff and better with finger safety
