Fairly good technick is to slow Down, before kicking and, look at the keeper, at the Ball ( to know, where to kick) AND than Back on the keeper and smash it on other way He jumped. EASY

I am quite good with penalties myself and tbh you just have to think about the strikers mind. When i have a penalty against me I always try to make myself small and i make no impression that i a big because if they think i am big the aim more into the corner but if i am small they might think it doesn't have to go right in the corner and i won't be able to reach. Idk if this just sounds silly to you but it works for me and i save 8/10 penalties and can often go a penalty shootout whilst only conceding once or not at all.
This video for me. I was a striker until our main GK got injured and was out for 3 months, since I was the best option (I was a striker before) I took his position and played many games there. Now that he's returning to practice I would love to take my striker position back but I have an operation coming. Good video, will score more goals as striker :)
Advice for strikers like me, in the monchengladbach youth team we are taught to do everything and think like we’re shooting to one side (for example top right) and then last second tuck our foot in and strike the bottom of the ball for it to go top left. You believing that you will go one way yet changing it last second sends a keeper who knows these tips the wrong way (most probably)
another tip is looking at the strikers hand movement right before they hit the ball. so when a right footed player takes the penalty and his right arm goes up then the ball 9/10 times goes in the left corner ( right for the keeper ) and so when the arm does not go up it ussualy goes to the right ( left side of the keeper) and for left sided player you just flip it around. my goal keepertrainer thought me this and I actually stopped 2 pens in a tournament. It doesn't always work but alot of the times it does.
i want to ask one question..let just say a keeper catches an easy straight ball so to waste a little second the keeper lay down to ground but main quest is here the way the keeper lay down he lay flat with the hand outstrech the ball touches the ground and his hand on the top of a ball the ball has touch the ground now the keeper stand up and pick the ball again then kick it,so now that mean a keeper has pick the ball twice...i want it is foul or not

Whatever side the majority are standing on then that's where they are most likely to shoot because the teammates know he shoots that way. On the other side if the shooter has just talked with his teammates then he's possibly told them where he's gonna go, hence the teammates has positioned thereselves for the rebound

That will only work against younger or not very good penalty taker if you wait at high level you will never save a penalty in the corners
