💐Happy Easter‼️Liza, please try also Coconut Macaroons( small muffins). Very easy with few ingredients: mix together can of condense milk, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup melted butter, vanilla, Add 2 1/2 cups finely grated dry coconut, 1/2 cup flour, and 1/2 tsp. baking powder. Fold the dry ingredients (don’t overmix so the muffin turns floppy) to the mixed wet ingredients. I don’t add sugar. Scoop in small muffin cups, bake till light brown. Filipinos love it, you will too. I followed and I recommend the recipe Coconut Macaroons by Yummy Kitchen. You won’t regret🤗
