- I wanted to break down the 6 and 7MM Miami Cuban link chains. Most will be shopping to invest in a chain that they can wear everyday. I feel these two sizes are very important and great for every day wear. The gram weight and look you get is very good for both sizes. My Everyday chain is a 13mm Sterling Silver Miami Cuban Link. It's close to 200 grams, but it's not big enough for me. If you're thinking about buying a gold chain, silver is a good way to find the size you like before upgrading, but silver is my preferable precious metal to wear.

Also don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone a little! Try on all sorts of sizes for sure. I was rocking a 5mm 20" for years until my SO gifted me an 8mm 20" and I was a bit unsure at first, I'm 6ft average built and felt like it was way too big for me at first but after a week or two, I went back to my 5mm and it felt way too small for me personally and now I love the 8mm and it's my new daily 👍

Did you figure it out? I noticed this too and I hate that look. Are you wearing a pendant with it?
With cuban links, even well made ones will twist at smaller millimeters and especially shorter lengths. My advice is to go thicker and longer on the chain next time. Having a longer chain puts better weight distribution when you wear the chain so that it doesn’t flip around.
