I watch regardless of the thumb nails... i know we'll see a "murder shed" or " where they kept the bodies" and a "pile of cocaine" is always funnier than the sad reality of the buildings full of shit and forgotten dreams. love it all
The reason I click a video is usually little to do with the thumnail or title, but the channel itself. For example, I have been subbed to this channel for years and I know the content is good. Over extravagant thumnails and titles actually deter me from clicking on people vids. Best to keep it simple and to the point. Thumbnails that show the front of the property work well, same with names of videos, just tell it as it is. Just keep doing what you are doing, its been working well.
Next time you do an abandoned house can you do the commentary like the Bearded Explorer, please? You see a small mirror on the wall...that's incredible! You see a leaf....look at the wildlife! You see a cobweb....this place has been abandoned for decades! Cheers 👍

The thumbnail has a huge say when it comes to UA-cam it gives the viewer an insight into what they should expect from the video, I followed you guys since you had like 65k ish subscribers and since then the thumbnails have got ten tonnes better from back then which is good and unlike others who spend so much time and effort on appearance there’s no bullshit click bait with you three, if you’ve been here before you know what to expect and that three guys fucking around not giving a shite and taking the piss out of Al
I don't really care much about the title or thumbnail, I look to see if there is a red bar to show I've already watched it, and if it's not really aeroplane or overly car related I'll click that sucker :') been working part time this year (heaven!) and you guys are great to watch while I chill :D even the weirder videos like that randonauting one I'll click on cos I know there's gonna be stupid humour from our lads ♥ also I gotta stick an edit in, your cave show and urban exploring adventure show intros are just the best thing :D

What others have said already sums it up I rekon. What makes you guys better than other explore channels is the genuine back n forth between you boys, interesting locations, decent camera work & editing and most importantly - you don't ever come across as fake. I understand the need to draw in viewers, it must get annoying seeing certain other channels getting millions of views per vid with lower quality content. But this is because of how youtube advertises their videos on the main page and the "related" section on everyone elses videos, not so much the titles/thumbnails. Once a video gets popular it just snowballs, you have seen this on some of your videos. Personally, bait thumbnails make me not want to watch at all.
I can't explain very well but think of it like this - certain channels videos get shown to more people, so they will get more clicks because youtube puts it right in their face, then others think "oh it must be because of their thumbnail because im doing everything else the same, why dont I get 1m per vid?" Just look at your most popular videos, and your most bait titles - There is nearly zero correlation at all, in-fact your more successful videos have been the ones with completely clear thumbnails (because this never looks out-of-date, unlike dumb fonts etc.) also I'd say they're the videos with some of the most interesting locations and the thumbnail clearly shows said location. Simple and effective, and proven that it works on your channel. Anyway thats my input, hope it can help somehow. Please dont start copying these other lame channels with huge text like "WhAt WaS In HeRe!?!?".

I click on a video if there's something in the thumbnail that I can relate to, in this case a Renault 4. By the way that Renault 5 is way, way old, no newer than 1973 . Only the early ones had the push-pull gear lever on the dashboard. Mega rare car. Great find chaps, love the 1970s Renaults.

With regards to what make you click on the video I feel its the wow factor or the factor of the unknown like if there's some leaning sky scraper with a title like why this building doesn't fall it makes you think and become intrigued or stuff where it seems your not allowed to do it like sneaking into secured or guarded places. Idk I maybe chatting shit but this is what I think anyway. Also nice video lads you kill it everytime!

It inspired me to look up classic Mini's and Beetles online, Mini's are worth an absolute mint even unrestored ones. Beetles vary a lot some a couple of grand up to like 25 grand.

These places always make me a little sad.. Peoples whole lives and memories just left there to decay... Great video guys! I battle the algorithm all the time... I know the feels. I've found the channels I enjoy and I tend to stick with them now. But UA-cam seems to push anything that gets a spike in engagement. They just want to keep people on the platform for longer. Not much we can to other than keep doing the things we enjoy and hope others enjoy it too.
If the vid has a cool thumbnail I will be more interested than the title but I am subscribed and usually just watch any new video you post I love this channel 😆😆😆

I click on your videos because I am subscribed, and I just want to watch all of your explains. I am the same with a lot of other different channels. When it comes to new channels that I have never seen before, it is always thumbnail first and title 2nd that gets me. If I never had seen you before, a thumbnail that would grab me would be a nice shot of a cool location or something you found, it could even be with you guys in the thumbnail. The title would be exactly what you are doing. Abandoned house swallowed by nature is perfect for this one. So you are already doing it. With that being said, I do not click on "clickbait", overexaggerated faces and colorful thumbnails that are all over UA-cam, they don't interest me. So maybe I am not the right person to give you tips. I wish you all the best of luck, you guys are one of my favorite UA-cam channels.
