What you could do is maybe take this item to a small appliance repair shop and maybe they could fix it for you. In closing, if it is going to cost a lot to fix it you might as well buy a new one or a pre-owned one. Es muy simple de usar. Conecta el aparato, echale la cantidad de agua que deseas para una taza de cafè. Coloca la copita de cafe y la cierras. Al cerrarlo la luz de arriba, lado derecho lo precionas hasta que se ponga la luz roja. Voila!

Yes pour 1 cup vinegar through with no coffee pod ,then run water through once . Clean 😊
