This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks at work and this morning when my keurig couldn’t make me a nice cup of coffee, I thought I was going to start crying like a baby… but I held it together and went through my day as the adult that I am 😂😂😂. After bringing my little Keurig home to show him some TLC, I found your video and Sir, you have saved a lowly soul.
I’ve been running clear water through the tank and lots of coffee grinds have come through. Another lesson, never cheap out on kcups, my last batch were a grocery store brand, and they almost killed my Keurig. Lesson learned. Thank you!

This was a phenomenal tutorial..so clear and right to the point. ...unfortunately this didn't solve my issue. It makes the "heating up" sound and then instantly into this loud grinding sound and no water will come out. The water is eternally stuck forever :( ...any other suggestions would be amazing! Someone help me !

I phoned the Keurig help line who then suggested cleaning the needle. I did and it worked. Flash forward a month and I'm back at square one. When it's not working, when it's clogged, the water gurgles and gurgles and comes down the inside of the machine into the bottom tray. It helps that you show how to properly clean the needle, specifically pushing the probe UP into the internal tubing. This has now solved the problem I was having. Also important is not leaving the K-cup pod in the tray after it has been used.
Now you might do a video about how to remove the cap from the Keurig cleaning solution after it gets screwed on stuck at an angle to the container. LOL.

OMG Thank You! I spent 3 days trying to troubleshoot my machine. It would brew hot water but not K cups. Turns out that bottom needle was clogged. I watched other videos, but you're the first one to show how to snap open the cup basket. That's where the pebble grain was lodged. I'm grateful for this!

I have put my Keurig mini away for several months and opted to use the French press. But this morning I decided to get it out and lo and behold it would not work. The water went in. You could hear it heat up but it didn't come out. Your video is the first one I found and it did the job. I am so appreciative. I was seriously picturing throwing that thing in the trash.
Excellent clear instructions with supporting video. I thought my Keurig K Mini, which looks just like yours was toast. I thought something irreparable had happened. The first time it malfunctioned it only filled the coffee cup half way. I ended up loading another full cup into the machine and restarted it thinking maybe I got distracted and just forgot to fill it with water for a full cup. When I restarted the machine, water started gushing out the sides and I thought it must have blown some seals and that is why it was not working. I was thinking it was time to throw out the machine, but decided to seek out UA-cam for a solution. Following your guidance, I was able to unclog the needle and it has been working great again for the last month. Thank You! You saved me at least $100! I have subscribed for future potential help.

if i wouldnt of known about water still being inside the reservoir i would of said it was broke and it would of been trash! so im thankful for this video it helped me out so i ran it without adding water and about 2 cups came out. ran it again and nothing so i added water this time and it finally worked like brand new!!

Thank you for this video. The water wasn't dispensing and I thought I had forgotten to add water, so I added more water and it overfilled the tank. I didn't know how to get the extra water out. I found this video and I cleaned the needles and then also held down the button and my water came out. This saved me from having to take it somewhere to get it fixed.

After month's of hitting the Keurig button on my mini over and over, this fix was impressive, not sure why a small clog would keep the button from even turning on or off, but it does? Keurig themselves couldn't even give me this tip..

Thank you very much for posting. I suspected that cleaning would solve the problem, but was not aware of the 3 openings on the top needle. But maybe the most helpful tip was holding the button down to empty the reservoir. 👍

Appreciate the tip - mine died just now - made slightly angry pump noises and only put about a half inch of liquid in the bottom of the cup. Blew out the bottom needle and poked built up coffee grounds from the top, ran some plain water through and it’s back up and operating once again.

To force the water out:
1) Close the lid and press the big button. You will hear it start to pump.
2) Open the lid a little and then close it.
On mine, this will cause it to skip the heating and it will push out all the cold water.
