Ari is the only dude outta Rogans group of friends that didn't let it go to his head..
It's because they've been friends since like the early 2000s, so Ari actually knows Joe on a personal level, not just as a podcast guest. They're actual friends, which is why Ari doesn't get that intimidation/yes-man attitude from Joe that a lot of his single-serving guests have.
When Ari isnt going for the joke and he's just having a real conversation, he's pretty intelligent and honest. Very funny special btw.
