Hey noob question, why don't you use the 5th string? Is it so people who have 4 string basses can follow? Or is it just not practical for this song? It seems to me that around 1:13 it could save some fretboard travel.

That was a great cover. Cool thing is that you used a fretless bass. I kinda get that Pino Palladino vibes listening to the bass. Did you use flat-wound, semi/half, or round-wound strings?
