    Bro last count I was up to 180 per session and it grows each session! Five times a week=900/week❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

    I am still growing and can't go into a caloric deficit will cardio actually help me get full abs?

      If you’re still growing just train hard and train your abs. Doing large amounts of cardio can put you in a caloric deficit so it’s the same idea. Also idk how old you are but don’t put so much pressure on yourself, just vibe and have fun with working out homie!

    Mine is a bit too wide sadly cos hips... Dysphoria . But i am lean enough there to have veins popping lol
