I’m pre T right now, I’m still in my early teens 13-16 for age reference, (ftm) I came out as trans 2 days ago and my parents are already looking into Hrt. I’ve been contemplating if I was trans or not for the past 3 years and I already know the permanent effects of T if 1. I want to go off it because I don’t like it 2. I have to go off of it for medical reasons like liver failure or chemo anything along those lines that I would have to. I’ve been building muscle on and off since I was 12 both with weights and body weight training, will I retain this muscle and will I ever have the physique of a natural born guy? I’ve noticed a lot of the ftm muscles are smaller compared to natural born men.

I love starting every day with eggs! Dessert is salad, Greek yogurt, granola or berries. Chicken is my biggest food group lol then I have carbs like rice/pasta/patatos.

Eggs everyday can skew your cholesterol and your BP- remember everything in moderation
@@DevonSpears true. I don't have bison everyday. I didn't grow since grade school so I struggle to eat two eggs in a sitting and still look like crap. Just trying to always find cleaner/leaner versions of meals that incorporate protein, fat, carb (in moderation of course) etc. And thanks for the reply. Your videos are entertaining and informative! You are probably the only UA-cam personality I really enjoy and relate to for this kind of content.

I honestly just wrote down a list of names I could picture myself with, then had my gf call me each one. I ended up going with the one I would most likely answer to if someone yelled that name from across a room, it resonated with me the most

Weight training should be your main priority as it will yield the best body composition
Cardio is mainly for heart health IMO I do 15 minutes of high intensity, just assess for yourself what your sweet spot is in reference to calories in calories out 👍🏽
Do you know anyone who does voice masculinization training ? I started transitioning late and my voice is low but not authentic enough
