40 seconds in and you had me cracking up. I feel this way now only after 8 days. When I got out of surgery I was surprisingly in less pain than I thought I’d be in - the medicine from the hospital made me more sick than anything. I’ve been pretty mobile. I’m not exercising yet- the dr told me to wait a couple months since I mountain bike. So I’ve just kind of been piddling around the house and garage lol Gotta keep moving 😁

Love it as always Devon. I always learn so much from you. Help me out though, I have Crohn’s disease, so it’s hard for me to digest proteins (you mentioned gas lol) and I can’t eat a lot at once. How can I get enough protein in when I struggle just to get down a 4oz chicken without feeling sick? Even a scoop of my protein powder in a shake upsets my stomach. What would you suggest?

Growth is REAL. Had me shocked..
I started 6-7 weeks ago at 255 lbs or so, and I’m currently at 263.5 lbs! But honestly, i feel fantastic at almost 53. I’m hitting numbers in the gym I haven’t hit in over a decade….maybe 2 decades. Still symptomatic in a a few ways…..fatigue, libido, etc. But hey, Rome wasn’t built in a day 🤷🏻♂️

I had the same experience I started young, people already thought I was a boy cus I was tall and skinny, I started T and really got muscular and my voice got deep and its was crazy the amount of random men that just started conversation with me, just talking about life and women… the amount of women that randomly hit on you and compliment me… like on the inside I’m still the same person but I guess to other people you fit some box like you said… it would be so awkward for me that I would just have small talk then find and out…. But now that I’ve been off T for 2 years… people are treating me worse than before… the looks and stares I get from people are depressing… when I’m out with my fiancé people will only look at and talk to her… people assume I’m a family member of hers and not her “ man” we’re as before people would respect and only speak to me and treat me like the man of the relationship. It’s crazy how much perception plays a part in how people treat you
