    NoLimitz, a plug-n-play device turns OFF MDS 4-cylinder mode. Also removes speed limiter. Turns OFF torque management in Low Range. A must have device.
    Plus the Tazer mini, also by Z-Automotive, allows control/customization of many features, like ForcedRWD if wanted.
    Just don’t do stationary 2-wheel drive burnouts, front tires need to be rolling to avoid possible damage to t/c. Turns OFF auto Park if door is opened while moving. Recalibrates speedometer if larger tires. Many other feature options.
    Both products leave zero footprint if removed.

      The battery drain issue is because they did not complete the two Sleep Cycles required after programming/changing a setting.
      Very important, and is highlighted in Owners Manual.

    Change your spark plugs by 70k miles, and the pcv valve prior to 100k miles to avoid M.I.L from misfire. If your HEMI sits a lot use Clear Flood Mode to circulate oil prior to turning over. Air filter check periodically, and if your water pump fails swap the coolant overflow at the same time. Outside of that the engine has been solid driving 12 hour days across country and back.

      I believe you're correct. I'm coming up on 65k miles and think it's time for fresh plugs.

      @2KV-iper I bought the spark plugs at the dealership and looked up the markings on the plug after, they ended up being a $10 dollar spark plug online that I paid double for.

    Only issue with OffRoad+ is transmission holds shift points longer which will lead to less fuel milage. Higher rpms = less fuel economy.

      If you’re worried about gas mileage, you shouldn’t be driving a 392 in the first place.

      @@2KV-iper i would never get ride of my tj I will always have one. I am saving up right now to get a good second hand 22-23 rubicon 2 doors (392 never made it to Australia). Even after I get one I’ll still drive the tj more often. The newer jeep will be more for longer distances but my daily drive will always be my tj

    What flush liquid did you use to flush transfer case

    • @2KV-iper
      @2KV-iper  Місяць тому +1

      FLush it with the new ATF4+ fluid. DO NOT USE regular gear oil in Transfer case. It will damage it.

    I hate to keep contradicting your video… my 10+ year Jeep a Service Manager said no reason for an oil catch can.

    • @2KV-iper
      @2KV-iper  Місяць тому

      @McIntosh1006 as I stated Oil/air separators are a personal choice. I have them on some vehicles but removed the one on my Viper because, in 20k miles it produced only a few drops of sludge. The 392 is producing 3 to 4 ounces every 5k miles. And this shit doesn't burn easy, even when vaporized, (I tried), in an upcoming video, so if you want to burn that crap in your engine feel free. But so far I'm at 64 k miles in 2.5 years and it's still going strong.
      When you get to 65k miles let me know. I hope you're correct. Maybe it won't damage it but it sure as hell isn't helping it.

    OMG, please stop with the fuses. That’s not how a fuse block works. Zero difference if a fuse is 1/16” not fully seated. Don’t know where this rumor started. But it’s all over the 392 forum.
    Yes, I have a 2023XR.

      @McIntosh1006 thanks for watching and commenting. 13 Jeeps and 5 decades of owning Jeeps says you're wrong. Fuses work loose all the time. Dealers blame the pcm( like they did with my TJ and then both my JKs), when it was a fuses issue on one and a bad relay in another.
      As a side note, I work in high tech and on mobile units and it is also one of the items that are regularly checked due to vibration and motion.
      You may not have had issues but many Jeep owners have. Myself included.oxidation is a big issue, especially in humid S. FL.

      I have a 2023 Wrangler 392. I know all about the fuse discussion. Use an ohms meter, that will disprove the slightly unseated fuse theory. It’s just not how a fuse block works. Oxidation is a completely different situation. However, you don’t have oxidation issues with a new vehicle.

      I too have many years experience with Jeeps. Started with swamp buggies in the Everglades as a kid. First Jeep I drive was an army Willie’s. Second was my grandfathers CJ with the factory Oldsmobile V8. Later in life I bought the first year of the Wrangler Rubicon, 2003. Started rock crawling in Telico, NC then Windrock TN and Moab. Mods on the TJ went from 33” stock tires to, 36” Iroks, 38” TSL & TSL SX to 42” TSL & 42” Iroks to 44” Pitbull Rockers and finally settled on 42 Maxis Comp Treps. Engine went from sthe 4.0L to Hesce stroked 4.7L, aluminum heads, cam to adding a Hesco supercharger. Then in 2007 a Hemi 6.1L conversation with 545rfe, Atlas 2-spd, later 4-spd. Dynatrac ProRock 60’s. Genright long arm suspension, 14” King coil overs, King hydro bumps. Full Genright cage. We rode buggy trails.
      Years of custom stereo installation. Ect…..
      Not trying to be disrespectful, I just know about 12 volt electronics.

    • @2KV-iper

      @McIntosh1006 no disrespect taken. You obviously know your Sh×t! if you were running swamp buggies as a kid in the Glades, then I would never question your credentials! Lol. I never had more fun than buggies. Outrageous.
      The Swamp kills Jeeps fast. You are 100% correct the fuses is either good or bad an ohm meter will prove it. I personally had a fuse that when wheeling would back out enough that it would make intermittent contact and keep killing my power. Also, the fuses holders on my last JK were oxidizing down low on the connectors. Found out that they changed suppliers and the cheap alloy that they used for the connectors was the cause. .until I physically pulled the fuse holders out I couldn't even tell they were covered bad. Couldn't even get it to ohm out. Bizarre.
      On another note, you are a man that likes Horsepower! How long did that 2 speed atlas last?

      Broke the Atlas year 4 due to weight of 44” Pitbull Rockers. Supposably Atlas has strengthened the Atlas t/c. Didn’t cost much more at the time to upgrade to 4/spd. Just don’t need low gearing in FL mud and sand. Or even most of Windrock. Moab is different. Sometimes due to cliffs/ledges, a very slow crawl is safer. Also broke two sets of ring/pinion gears on rear 60. And broke a rear ARB locker. The lighter 42” Treps solved that issue, plus hook up amazingly.
      My 392XR, I’ve left mostly stock because it’s not my hard core gig. Did install a Warn 12s, but moved the control pack to inside engine bay for low profile.
