Liqueur Orange 🍊 Digestive and Fragrant

An excellent homemade orange liqueur.
If you try it, it will definitely win you over.
Aromatic cool with a light and amazing taste
ideal to use in our cocktails
Recipe ingredients
Peels from 5 Oranges
700 ml Vodka
1 Cup of Water (240 g)
1 Cup of Natural Orange Juice (250 g)
2 Fl. Tea Sugar (400 g.)
1 Cinnamon stick
Prescription Process
Remove the outer part of the skin with a sharp knife
We cut only the peel and not the white part
We will use the peels of 5 oranges
Put the peels in a glass jar
1 Cinnamon stick
Add 700 ml Vodka 40% Alcohol
Close the jar and shake well
Leave the jar closed for 7 days, shaking it once or twice a day
After the 7 days, we will make the syrup,
put a pot on the fire and pour 1 cup of water (240 g.)
1 cup of natural orange juice (250 g)
2 Tea cups of sugar (400 g.)
Stir and boil for 3-4 minutes until the sugar melts
Let the syrup cool
We put a colander and a tulle to filter the alcohol
Pour and strain the vodka with the peels, and add them to the syrup
Combine the liquids in a saucepan and mix
The ingredients give us about 1.5 liters of liqueur
Before serving, let the liqueur mature for 1 week
The orange liqueur can be kept for up to 1 year in the refrigerator

Εκπληκτικό το έχω φτιάξει !!!εγώ το διατηρώ εκτός ψυγείου θα έχω κάποιο πρόβλημα ;;;;και όταν σερβίρω βάζω ένα παγάκι

0:28 "όχι το άσπρο μέρος", αλλά όπως τα κόψατε όλο το άσπρο ήταν στη φλούδα. Το έφτιαξα πάντως, χωρίς το άσπρο, κι έγινε πολύ ωραίο!!
