My wife is Japanese, I am American. Usually they make recommendations for plans from my experience. "Do you want to go ____?" It can be a restaurant, karaoke, go to a bar, anything. That doesn't mean EVERYTHING. But in my experience, rarely do Japanese women want to JUST be friends with a guy, which is different for western women. After you spend time with her more than once. Usually around the 2nd or third time hanging out, be direct. Ask if you want to be more than just friends. Western relationships are a lot more casual about it but Japanese women prefer directness about it.

We were in DisneySea last September. We were lining up for one of the rides and you know how long the lines go in the rides. There's this Japanese girl who I noticed which is beautiful but I did not want to stare too long at her and I'm kind of a shy person. She was with a friend and they were kind of way back in the line, in such a way we would like cross each other's path when the line moves. Then the last time we were to "cross each other's path", I noticed her about to take a selfie with her friend but there's kind of a big gap they left before taking the photo. when I passed them, I saw the photo they took and it was me with my back then the cute girl pointing at me. I am not sure what that means and I did not want to automatically assume she likes me too 😅😂
I can give you the answer before you even look at the video. If a Japanese woman shows you attention, there's a chance she likes you. If a Japanese woman doesn't show you attention, there is a big chance she doesn't like you. The more attention she shows you, the more she likes you. Of course, place this in context. If you go to a restaurant and a woman who works there shows you attention, does she like you? Chances are no. She is doing her job. Then again if she shows you more attention than a worker should, then she might like you. **You can use this advice for any woman in the world. A woman who doesn't like you won't show you too much attention in general.
