So I tried the Adwoa leave in, curl defining gel and curl defining cream. I really liked the leave-in conditioner because it really defined my hair but it is not moisturizing AT ALL. The next time I use it I will definitely use a moisturizing Leave-in under it. I also like the Curl defining gel. This froze my curl pattern and didn't leave my hair super crunchy. Lola (my hair) HATED the Curl defining cream. I actually used a towel to take it off the section I used it on, re-wet my hair and applied the Curl defining gel. Although I loved the definition and elongation a moisturizer is definitely needed because it makes your strands PARCHED.

I love the Strands of Faith shampoo bar!! I also like the leave-in and deep conditioner! They smell soooo good! I can't say they are better than some of my other brands but they are part of my rotation collection and would repurchase.
The Briogeo Don't Despair Repair Deep Conditioner did absolutely nothing to my 4b/4c hair which was frustrating because it wasn't cheap. I'd love to hear what you or anyone else thought about it. Maybe I did something wrong 🙃

@JumbleofJargon Not saying you didn’t use it correctly, but did you try it with heat? I have 4b/4c hair and at first it did nothing for me, until I got a hot cap and started deep conditioning with heat. For me it was so weird, because my hair is high porosity and normally I don’t have to use heat for deep conditioners to melt into my hair, but after that, it worked really well. I hope it works out for you sis.

Also my coconut water deep conditioner from the beauty supply smelt really weird too.. Different from what I was use to!

Yess! I actually did a wash & go using their products for the 3rd time last week & discovered a fire combo !! I used their leave in & gel this time but applied them in the shower. Changed the game 👏🏾🙌🏾

Enjoyed this video. Try the Mielle Curling Custard on soaking wet hair and then top with a strong hold gel. It's one of the best wash and goes I have ever done. I just don't do it often because with soaking wet hair comes extra long drying time.

You’re just missing the lavender line from CRN and the honey leave in. I have all of what you have from CRN minus the ginger shampoo and algae plus a few more, I love Adwoa. Add heat to the deep conditioner and you’ll be in love. Eden’s is an old goodie! Briogeo is black owned . I like the Don’t despair and the avocado conditioner seems interesting. TGIN is Bae but I would like a silicone free line or option.

I like the entire line minus the gel. I’m not a gel girl so I don’t have that. If I had to choose one product it would be the deep conditioner. With heat...babeeee! I also use the custard with it or the honey leave in and moisture for days. The leave in is good too but not better than the honey in terms of moisture impact and how long it last. Yep, Briogeo is black owned!
