After one month of no contact, I reached out. We chatted. We kissed and hugged. She clearly loves me still and seemed to have regret. Two days later, I went to see her again and she shut down again and ran away. They have to come to you. After no contact, they will regret it, but they have to come to you or it will just fall apart again.

Coach Lee, can no contact work more than once? I took your advice last year and went no contact after my ex left me. Five months later, they came back. We were good for 4 months until out of nowhere, they just stopped calling/texting. So I responded with the same silence. No calls or texts. I'm back in no contact for about a month now. Will it work multiple times or just one time?

It’s now been 4 months since my ex girlfriend and I got back together. We are happier than before the breakup. I stayed in no contact for 3 months, and after the first 3 weeks got the worst “friendly” bread crumbs. I remained calm and responded without being over pursuant, exactly what coach Lee and the love chat recommend. She asked if we could be friends and I made it clear I did not want that. I never reached out to her first, and after remaining in no contact we are back together. I had no faith because when we broke up she said she doesn’t see us getting back together for a long time if we do. But I stayed in no contact even though it hurt me like hell. Please don’t break no contact, it’s what’s best for your relationship and you. You might’ve seen this same comment on another video, but these are the comments I wish I had when I was really going through it, so I’m trying to remind everyone there is light.

I got dumped end of January. Lots of tears and drama during the break up. I went no contact for 2 and half months and greeted him on his birthday April 20. He said he regretted everything and that he still loves me. I asked him if he wanted to work things out since I’m still in love with him too. He said he have to think about it because he doesn’t want to hurt me in the future again. I can’t wait for a response so I asked him again after 3 days. He said that he can’t go back to the relationship because he did a lot of damage and he hurt me a lot. And said he’s not a relationship material. I’m so embarrassed of myself. I deleted his number and won’t contact him again. I love him with all my heart but it was too much to bear.

Found Coach Lee about 3 yrs ago in the worst of my breakup, this advice is "extremely" hard to take as a man because we want to fix things with logic, most importantly we can get emotionally driven to do that, it's a disaster. . logic won't work and contacting her is chasing her which pushes her away, your emotions are your enemy driving your urge to do these things. It's confusing that logic won't work, it doesn't seem logical and you will get emotional tunnel vision thinking it will, in fact women do not lead with logic and emotional men are not attractive.
You are watching this video because you don't understand this right now. Coach Lee does. There is a chance she won't come back even if you listen, it's guaranteed she won't come back if you don't listen, regardless in the long run if you do the work to improve your life you will be living an improved life. It doesn't matter what she thinks or how she feels about you past or present. It's not about her.

Thanks for your videos really helping me. My gf ended our relationship end of Jan, 5 1/2 years together and been engaged for 6 months when she ended things, saying didn’t see future for us. Didn’t see vids till after I’d tried and tried to resolve and help her with things, and know should have walked away straight away, but I didn’t get to begging point thankfully. We had great relationship mainly just few things I did she didn’t like that were important to her. I’m doing NC now, get odd text now and then that seems pointless but mainly nothing. Prob is I don’t think she’ll come back and I love her, she’s strong minded, stubborn, was independent before we met. She said if barrier between us which she says is now there she’d never change her mind. I am using NC to improve myself and getting on with things rather than overthinking.

Kept my heart guarded since day 1. My now ex of 5 months completely blocked and ghosted me on everything after one simple disagreement that we should have been able to resolve within minutes. Never told me we were breaking up, taking a break etc, she just said she "needed time talk to you when I can" then boom blocked. That was 2 weeks ago.
I'm not heartbroken but I'm absolutely blind sided. Never saw her as the type to do this, she even just started saying "I love you" and telling her friends and family about me 1 week prior.
Even if I weren't blocked there is absolutely zero chance I'd break no contact and chase her, she messed things up and wouldn't take accountability.

I also had a great chat with Coach Lee, got some amazing advice. Between that and the gym. I am in a much better spot mentally and physically. Whether she regrets it one day or not... thats not on me. That short made me realize I was part of a revolving door. And if its shut, so be it! The bottom line is work on you, and be a better person for someone who deserves you!

Same way. We both wanted to work things out but the conversation just never came. I started doubting her intentions and felt led along like she was pursuing someone else and just got so frustrated that eventually I told her “you have no right to feel that way” straight out of the narcissistic abuse textbook. I felt awful and tried so hard to apologize while dealing with the uncertainty about her intentions. Eventually I gave myself a time limit of 1 more month before I gave up and told her that and she told me she was pursuing someone else and that I was manipulative for getting her to say that. I couldn’t hold myself to my decision even though I never saw that side of her and I ended up begging her to tell me if there was anything left for me and she said no. Self-respect sacrificed for someone who went from talking about our future kids’ hair color to not wanting to work things out. And still all I want to do is make amends for my bad behavior. Love is messed up sometimes.

Our dignity (esp as men) is so important.
After she left me, after dating for 2years , for a while i kept sending her gifts as a sought of olive branch so it would be easy for her to return.
But i discovered it further made her take me for granted & gradually bred disrespect.
As at may 8th, i went full NC & 11days after she reached out, as she was obviously curious on my silence.
But am not toning it down, i will maintain complete NC (it hurts , cause i still do love her) but*its necesssary to save yourself, i will follow coach lee's instruction to the letter.
Thank you so much coach lee, for making men like us dare to believe in our worth and value again.

My specific person talked badly about me when we argued, and I'm felt very bad and told her to leave my house. When I reached out here to your channel of no contact, I applied it. Just the next day, she apologized and called every day until now. But I don't answer her calls every day, too. We are both cheating on each other, but we still love ourselves for 15 years, too. That's the point. It's hard for sure, but her choice isn't me but someone. She's left now and lived with her friends. Reason to easy for her to go out dating with the third party. I just thank her for her love for me and let her go even though I still love and think about her. Now, I'm a prayerful person. BTW, nc works, thanks alot.

I recently went thru a breakup and was the one who got dumped but I seen it coming days before but thought I could sway things in another direction. But to no avail...
    1) It doesn't matter if ur in great shape. ( A lot ppl talk about hitting the gym but sh** happens to anyone and everyone)
    2) I tried to surround myself with women to avoid the mental hell I was going to have to deal with. That didn't work and aftera weekeverythingjust fell flat ( You really can't replace a loved one in a week or 2.)
We have to go thru some type of pain or discomfort to get to a better place ( def easier said than done)
One thing that I've noticed is even with our best efforts some of the ppl we choose to have relationships with were broken before we met them. So sometimes we can't put too much blame on ourselves. None of us is perfect just a work in progress. To close...NC works! It did 4 times on the same person but have to ask yourself is it worth it to go back.

Yes, I felt it was needed because I caught her once again talking to men behind my back and being disrespectful to me on so many occasions after 14 hour shifts every day. Like I reached out once and apologized for my behavior for the hurtful things I said. A part of me wants to make things right but I have not reached out AT ALL because I already apologized and she is quiet. I’m willing to let her go for good this time but some people did this and there lady did not cheat so what would we do in this circumstance. And yes we do share a child together who just turned 1 1/2. It’s a sad time not only for us but for the baby. Horrible circumstances for the little guy. I don’t even know how to reach out to her about my son like we’re both in this silence 😢

I am working on no contact. I was doing good which it took me years to be acceptable of the not quite no contact but barely no contact. Now I have to do it over because we reconnected again but are not communicating anymore. It's definitely hard but I believe in myself and I will do it. Keeping your mind occupied is key. I learned recently that I have to work on self control. I believe he has better self control than me from the outside looking in which is good for him. Last message wasn't too long ago but I will stay strong. I never thought we would be communicating again for the rest of my life after 6 years of barely no contact but we did and basically its just hard all over again. He goes down in history as one of my favorite people ever, such a beautiful man inside and out. I am in a dilemma and its not good for us to communicate at this time. It's partially my fault why we reconnected in the first place. Not fair to anyone involved and I have to come to terms with that. For anyone who is struggling hang in there. You can do it!

I did no contact and she checked in 2 weeks in asked me to call her. She came by my work 2 weeks later just to say hi. The funny thing is I continued no contact and did some serious work on myself and all areas of my life. Part of it I decided to make amends via email to a few people I hurt (not her did that at the start of the break up). I actually attracted a precious ex back and we both had been out and dated other people. We are now together and I actually hope my ex doesn’t ever ask me to get back with her as it will be very uncomfortable saying no….. Exs do come back - it might not be the one you expect! My ex ended the relationship about a month ago and we had spoken on the phone a couple of times she kept checking up on me over and over I didn’t text her she always texted me only on a few occasions I texted her first. I started doing no contact a week ago after she told me she is seeing someone but she texted me yesterday checking on me and on my mother who is ill and she was very close to my mother, she says she loves me and she will always be there for me, that she doesn’t want me to go away and and in the future she isn’t opposed to us being together but due to our current circumstances of being in a long distance relationship(I plan on moving there due to a scholarship that I start in a year) and my past mistakes she thought she needed time apart. She texted me yesterday I answered a day later politely but not showing much feelings, she says she wants to call me, I don’t know what to do because I know we are meant for each other but our circumstances are difficult. If I speak my feelings of not necessarily wanting to talk to her like nothing ever happened would I ruin the possibility of getting back together because it shows that I’m not mature enough? Or if I talk like nothing ever happen will leave an impression that I am desperate and that I’ll always be there?
