    That was informative. He is a natural teacher. All that knowledge of human physiology he has from his background is going to pay dividends for his strongman career. Cant wait till April.

    Very helpful. I come from a powerlifting background and am looking to compete in strongman this year. Programming for multiple events seemed daunting, but you made it very easy to understand

    Good stuff….and 100% accurate on the nervous system shutting down after something like a 5 rep max, trying to drop weight and do more but can’t….def a real thing!

      Just did 3X5 bench today and reduced the weight by 40 pounds. I could only do 3 reps.

    Mitch has such a great foundation based on his experience and background studies that I suspect many competitors don’t have, hence they need a coach.

    You said that some of this might go over peoples heads, but i disagree. The way you present everything is so concise and professional. Im not much for strongman (165lb 5'11 guy might not be the build 😂) but you are a natural teacher. Love these seminar videos, ive learned a lot!

      Rob Kearney, Lalas brothers and many more top 10 strongman are around 1.75m, novikov is also same height as Juji which is below 1.80m

    This man knows and he became a demi god himself by running then powerlifting and strongman. He won 🏆 and deadlifted 1050 and overhead press I believe it was 440 or more lbs this man somehow became strength 💪 amazing story. I deadlift 500 at 175 lbs on trt I love this stuff I'm also a left-hand individual

    From the first video I've watched of mitch, I like his practical and scientific approach to training and free tips. That's why I subbed.
    For ex, I like watching Brian Shaws videos but he never gives tips on anything. Lol
    Alan thrall is another great natural athlete that gives great tips on strongmen workouts too.

    I did a strongman comp a decade ago and got 2nd place because I was not fit enough to keep up. I won the truck pull and heavy stuff but lost with the running events

    As PEDs increase the amount of nutrition you can absorb and decrease time needed for recuperation, what wold be the difference in number of times per week that you train a muscle group or exercise between a person training natural vs a person using PEDs?

      That thumb can deadlift 980lbs, and push press well over 400lbs, I think he knows what he’s talking abt mate
