- How to bypass the ac clutch relay on a 2010 Focus. My system was low on refrigerant which made my compressor stop working. This method will get your compressor running so you can add refrigerant. I suspect I have a leak somewhere so I will be looking for that with a UV dye.
You won't believe me but I checked everything. Fuses, relays and clutch sensor on the line. I unplugged my compressor and plugged it back in and it works fine now. I do appreciate your video I marked ac on that relay u pulled. I'm guessing my connection wasn't good? Idk it works now
Nice. I know I got a leak. Probably my evaporator core. Dont really feel taking out my whole dash so I jus left it alone 😂
@@ya_boi_zak5927 I couldn't imagine that nightmare boss. Just sux that r134a is so dang expensive now. I can remember them being under five bucks
was it an intermittent problem with the clutch not engaging? mine works great sometimes and then not work. charge and everything is right.
Yea it wouldn't engage at all. I think it doesn't turn on if it doesn't have any refrigerant in the system. The car is old so I'm guessing I need a new ac compressor. I gave up on it a while ago.
@@ya_boi_zak5927 has it burnt your compressor clutch out yet?🤣
@@dillonostrander5286 probably 😂
Do left the paper clip there or you replace by a relay
