If you pacify a target first and then dump their body (eliminate), even if it is found, it will count as an accident kill and you'll retain silent assassin. So if you don't have the target in position to push, you can still do it that way. But if you kill first and THEN dump the body and the body is found, you will lose silent assassin.
There are some NPCs that will urinate as part of their routine. You can actually drown them this way, without doing the coin technique. None of the ordinary mission targets do this to my knowledge, but this may be handy for some contracts/escalations or if you're not worried about killing non-targets.
Freeze, this is a master class in Hitman. Been following for...5 years? You have no peers. I’ve enjoyed all three of these games on multiple platforms almost entirely thanks to you. Keep up the amazing work, buddy.
Another tip by me: Coins are by far the best throwable object. If an NPC sees anything other than a coin fly into the air, they will first turn to your position, then look around for a moment, then go back to their routine
as long as they don't see you throw it, pretty much all throwable objects work the same way as the coins. only difference I can think of is that NPC's won't bother to pick up the item after investigating.
No no. Bunch of these tips are exploiting the game and bad programming. Learning about accidents is common sense in a hitman game. Especially since Blood Money and the fact this is the third game in the recent trilogy. But there is stuff here that's demonstrated that is totally cool and not game breaking. But they need to tone down on accident kills, drowning someone in a toilet is much different from tripping and falling from a height, or an electrical failure.
This is one of the most useful videos you've ever made MrFreeze, and that's really saying something because all of your videos are useful. Thank you 1,000 times over.
I recently found another something you can do in this game involving the micro taser. If you puncture an oil drum and place the micro taser in it then activate it, it will ignite the oil. I got a couple burn kills that way. Idk if you covered this in a previous video yet but I just thought I’d point it out here.
Excellent tutorial! Just when I thought I knew it all. My biggest weakness is my shooting skills. I would really like to see a tutorial covering that. Thanks Mr. Freeze!
Great quality video, I'd love to see more in this style! A suggestion: how about a video on the different uses of the briefcase? Eg what you do here to sneak items past guards, plus how to detonate an item in a briefcase, use the briefcase as a distraction or to make a non-guard npc leave an area to take it to a guard, placing a briefcase on a high-up railing to push a target over etc. You'd probably know a few that I'm not aware of too!

Initially, this game really shocked me with its difficulty and complexity and I needed someone like u to guide me through the levels. Thanks very much👍👏
I was thinking I would watch this to support your but didn’t expect to learn anything new. However, I didn’t know about the briefcase and frisk. Thanks Freeze!
The strangest thing in hitman games is that npcs can't get you for tresspassing when they are themself tresspassing. best examplen is hokkaido, i throw a coin in the morgue and a handyman came down to investigate, he did see me but it was still silent assassin, he also made some strange remarks. this also happens when npcs panic and run into tresspassing areas.
I've played this Hitman series since a couple weeks after the Paris Season 1 episode was released. I never knew about using the briefcase during a frisk. Good one, Freeze!!
I knew most of these but surprisingly the main thing I learned was from an off-hand comment at the end. He said you can accident KO with a banana or grapes, which triggered a light bulb in my head. You can place grapes like bananas! There's a challenge in Mendoza to knock someone out with grapes and for the longest time I couldn't figure out how. Throwing didn't work and neither did smacking someone in the back of the head at melee range. It never would have occurred to me to place it on the ground with caps lock like it was a banana peel.
Thanks Freeze some truly great tips. Believe it or not I have 100% Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 (with a considerable amount of help from yourself) and yet about a 3rd of those tips I didn’t know.
on the strandberg mission i killed all 3 guards (the 3 including strandberg) then i ran to the janitor room, changed into a janitor outfit, then i hid until they stopped searching.
Being an avid follower I picked up a lot of these techniques from your videos anyway. But I like the idea of you doing a few more like you mentioned. 👍🏻
First, thank you freeze. Ive been playing since 2017 and your H1 and H2 vids helped me SO much, but I sat out on H3 until the steam launch for a mix of reasons. I was so sad that i had to stop watching your vids to avoid spoilers, but I'm so glad to see your channel thriving. You've put in so much work and your vids are So high quality, you deserve every single view man. And FINALLY! A solid use for sedative poison! Its hard to think of a reason to use it on a target unless you're going out of your way to do it specifically. I didn't even think about using the sedative syringe or kalmer for NPCs. Another tool in the kit lol
The briefcase can also be use to lure any NPC to go pick it up (like a coin) and take it to a guard. But you can grab the briefcase before the guard allowing you more tries can coins do. making the briefcase ( in my option) still one of the best items in the game.
The devs really need to make the SA tracker default set to enable, I can't believe how many people I see play the game that have good knowledge of it and don't know it is in the game. It is so vital to understanding how the game handles kills. Another tip I really didn't use for the longest time was the subdue from cover, they dont spot you even though they obviously see you grabbing them. Lastly my favorite accident kill is to just throw a blunt object at a target then drag them to a balcony and throw them over for a free accident kill. (Side note: Never knew you could remote gas grenade from a case while you are holding it, my god...)
Be careful doing in Mendoza though. This week I managed to alert a good third of the map doing a corner subdue of a guard. No one else was around but I was spotted through the walls. The levels old and new, have .. issues.
Been watching since your (2016) vids, and still learned a thing or two. Bravo, sir. =] Also, really good to hear you sounding so inspired and enthused about these new vid ideas; really looking forward to seeing them. Would love to see some map-by-map videos laying out your favourite tricks, distractions, shortcuts, etc. Heck, knowing you, I’m sure you could put together some great stuff going in depth with certain locations within maps; guard patrols (and how to evade/disrupt them), what disguises work and who enforces them, various ways to ingress/egress, yadda yadda yadda...
i love the fact you can walk past guards in trespassing areas, when they are panicked and the enforcer they have is gone, because of how that works I like the game even more, cause no one is gonna see a random guy trespassing and be like "hmm this guy is more important than the person who has a fully decked out SMG shooting at us"
Although it is kinda cheesy when you’re the only person in the area, you shoot your gun, the enforcers see you with a gun in your hand, and yet they do nothing.
I'm a newcomer to the series and I have to say, this games is incredibly fun! But also kind of intimidating😅, so THANK YOU SO MUCH for this orientation!❤

You can also open locked doors with any pistol. All you have to do is aim just below the handle, hold the shoot button and spam your pause menu. After three or four shots go off in-between your pauses, the door should just fling open. Its a little awkward to pull off, but does work.
omg thank you, I have 300 hours of the game and never realised npcs go for coins even if they didn't hear it being thrown, gonna have so much fun with that festure
I love that during HITMAN (2016) you can just shoot someone's leg from the back, they will fall face down and we can punch them, pacifying them in the process: Silent Assassin rating retained.
ngl having played the game from the very beginning the game has came a long way, this video was brilliantly made and if I was new to hitman this would be so informative props to you freeze keep up the good work agent 🤙🏽
Lots of great tips here. One tip I hadn't realized until i saw it in another video of your's was that you can just shoot camera recorders. Never occured to me it was possible.
Screwing around in the Berlin level in H3, panicked NPCs have some really hilarious dialog. I was killing, head shotting people from outside the window in the main floor restroom and literally had the room filled with dead security guards as well as main targets who came in to investigate the running tap. As people would investigate the running water they had their own unique dialog. At one point 47 gets labelled as a mass serial killer and if you go investigate the room next door you’ll see it filled up with body bags lol.
@@mikeward1701 i know he has some great lines in the Berlin mission as he keeps wiping out one target at a time. The leader of the assassin group even has some cool words of praise for 47 if you take out all her agents, not just the required 5 to complete the mission.
lol I've been playing these games for four years and I had no idea you could deactivate NPC's enforcer status. It's why I love them so much, you never run out of ways to try the missions.
Been playing hitman since the early days and the latest three i have realy enjoyed originally had on pc and now on playstation also. This has totally changed the game for me. Reallly stuggled to do inventive kills but the simple tips even bullet distractions are a game changer. Thank you!
Your tips and tricks did help me get one SA on Master level. This level is so hard, I always seem to mess up when I play this level setting. Lol I run perfect any other time
I knew all of these except for putting a coin under the toilet I never really use that whenever I speed run or do a sa or sa/so on master but good to know thx
Any accident kill doesn't affect your SA rating, you can crush, electrocute, drown and throw your target over something by positioning them or choking them out before hand, same goes for poison kills if you're not detected, I'm not so sure about every sedation since I lost my SA rating when I did the pest control mission story on Another Life. I also like dropping coins in close proximity to each other so I can lure targets, this method is especially good on the one escalation the first tutorial mission has. It's quite funny actually.
Targets are different thing with some sedatives. It's weird because you can tranq them and sedative poison them but can't gas them or use fire extinguisher on them. Weird
Just started playing the game; Did all paris challenges and now playing sapienza. Sorry if this is a noob question but what is the point of non silenced weapons? Like why would I use a shotgun or assault rifle in this game, they are so loud and everyone gets alerted....so whats the point
you can actually use a pistol to open locked doors. if you spam pause and unpause while spam shooting the pistol it will trick the game into thinking you shoot as fast as an smg to unlock it
If you pacify a target first and then dump their body (eliminate), even if it is found, it will count as an accident kill and you'll retain silent assassin. So if you don't have the target in position to push, you can still do it that way. But if you kill first and THEN dump the body and the body is found, you will lose silent assassin.
This is true 👍
Another tip I recently learned from MrFreeze in his Elusive Target video!

more importantly for poison and accident kills, once u killed the target do not move their body, that will invalid the silent assassin as well
Whaaaaat!! Thank you

As tempting as it is to do the drop briefcase frisk trick i love the animation of them checkibg it xD
omg thank you, I have 300 hours of the game and never realised npcs go for coins even if they didn't hear it being thrown, gonna have so much fun with that festure
Yes we are interested in those ideas, also I watch all videos anyway
I love that during HITMAN (2016) you can just shoot someone's leg from the back, they will fall face down and we can punch them, pacifying them in the process: Silent Assassin rating retained.
Yeah for some reason they patched it. I disagree with their decision to patch oy because it made perfect sense how it was
Excellent video Freeze. Thanks 🙏. Have learned a few new techniques to check off the tricky challenges
ngl having played the game from the very beginning the game has came a long way, this video was brilliantly made and if I was new to hitman this would be so informative props to you freeze keep up the good work agent 🤙🏽
Congrat for your 100k subs
Thank you
Lots of great tips here.
One tip I hadn't realized until i saw it in another video of your's was that you can just shoot camera recorders. Never occured to me it was possible.
This makes me realize how lenient the rating system is in this compared to the older games
Some of the lines of dialogue in this game are hilarious, especially Agent 47s deadpan humour.
@@mikeward1701 i know he has some great lines in the Berlin mission as he keeps wiping out one target at a time. The leader of the assassin group even has some cool words of praise for 47 if you take out all her agents, not just the required 5 to complete the mission.
Freeze is an animal when it comes to Hitman guides!!
lol I've been playing these games for four years and I had no idea you could deactivate NPC's enforcer status. It's why I love them so much, you never run out of ways to try the missions.
I'm guilty of using the peek-a-boo technique in almost every stealth game 😂
😂😂 That Rake tip is seriously funny 14:32
Been playing hitman since the early days and the latest three i have realy enjoyed originally had on pc and now on playstation also.
This has totally changed the game for me. Reallly stuggled to do inventive kills but the simple tips even bullet distractions are a game changer. Thank you!
Great video! Congratulations on 100k!
Cheers
Your tips and tricks did help me get one SA on Master level. This level is so hard, I always seem to mess up when I play this level setting. Lol I run perfect any other time
Freeze is awesome, thanks so much for these videos. You got me into this amazing franchise
These are amazing, only new of the 1st one. Thanks for the great content!
Glad you enjoyed!
mr frezze is like the best man to give you tips and silent assasins suit only he is the best
Thank you
Thanks for the helpful video!
Keep up the good work!
👍
you can actually use a pistol to open locked doors. if you spam pause and unpause while spam shooting the pistol it will trick the game into thinking you shoot as fast as an smg to unlock it
Tried it several times and it's inconsistent at best.
