It is the story of what makes our community of sommeliers, around the world who we are: passionate, dedicated, and maybe even a little obsessed. But obsession is not necessarily pre-occupation without awareness. As sommeliers our jobs are to educate, and to serve with empathy and the interest of our guests at heart.
