    To be honest the reason I watch car reviews all the time is just that I love cars a lot . It unfortunately that I can't afford one for now. But watch them to know which one to buy at the time where I will afford one.

    I always let the oil thin out and get the car coolant temps to normal operation temp, it much better that Way. Buddy of mine just started the car and went, oil was thick so it didn’t cycle as well, camshaft wasn’t getting lubed up, and metal cams on metal valves was not a good mix

      Ouch! Yeah I’m very good at letting things warmed up! That’s why I blew up my first car back when I was 16 😅

      @@Static_MK3Focus haha yeah! Spun a rod baring. Carmax bought the car off me and actually paid me more then I originally paid. I guess they repaired it. But worked out for me lol

    Don't newer cars have pumps that run after the car is off so the oil doesn't sit there?

    • @BrosFOURRSpeed
      @BrosFOURRSpeed  9 місяців тому

      Not necessarily. Mostly cars with electric powered fans will run to cool down the radiators. But none that I know of have an oil pump to keep flowing oil

    Dude, you sure that you can lug your engine when having an automatic transmission. My Hyundai has DCT and absolutely no lugging felt.

    • @BrosFOURRSpeed
      @BrosFOURRSpeed  Рік тому +4

      Yeah if you are driving in 'manual' mode and put the car in a high gear and floor it. That will lug the engine. Regardless of the transmission, in a turbo engine you don't want to be in a high gear and floor it. If you drive it in 'automatic' it will always downshift for you when you floor it
