Hello and thank you for this great transcription. Can you please tell, if you know, what fingering should be used for '+' Fs in bar 16 at 0:39?

Hi DuckOfDoom, that been done withe the Front Key F + 1,2,3 in the right hand. The so you pay the normal high F with the front key and put down your right hands index, middle, and ring finger to twist the pitch a bit. It depends a bit on which brand/series tenor you play, some make it a small difference, some larger. If it it inflects the pitch just a bit you also can try adding with the 1,2,3 the Eb key.
