It's really not that rare, I have 5 no mint mark Bicentennial Quarters and 1 1776-1976 D Bicentennial quarter all in good to mint state condition.

More misinformation about missing mint marks on quarters. The coin is from the Philadelohia mint .Philadelphia minted coins do not have mint marks until 1980. This is fake and fraudulent information
