Indian Ridge Resort - Branson West, MO

The Indian Ridge project was announced in 2006 and construction began. Two years later the project was put on hold due to legal issues. To this day the project remains unfinished.

Why are the houses so sporadically spaced?

Only a few planned houses were started on random lots. All of the lots weren't built on, and some of the houses were demolished.

Of all the beautiful scenery in the area, this ain't one!! Those houses that back right up to that ugly scooped out rock?? Yuck! Hideous!
