I checked how it works on a highway during heavy rain and it worked. As far as I know during the night and really, really poor conditions (like a fog) pedestrian detection system doesn't recognize pedestrian every time. But usually it can: ua-cam.com/video/iQkcVpFEXms/v-deo.html

1001cars Ok thanks. Also most people don't trust systems like autopilot or lane keep assist. I think they are safe in good conditions like good visible lanes. Aslo human can fall in sleep while driving but system can't.
