Is there any warranty with this?
Lifetime warranty on rust, and weld I guess. You can confirm it from the brand on ordering.
The part is simply the exhaust gasket, you can ask the service center for your bike.

Yes, They might. Afterall any sort of aftermarket exhaust catches Challan. There's nothing like RTO APPROVED aftermarket exhaust.
But yes if you're riding responsible in city and most of rides are on highways like I do, you can easily avoid such penalties. 😉

Bro no aftermarket exhaust is road legal. But there's a silver lining to it. If its under the permissable limit of 80db, penalties cannot be fined on the basis of noise pollution but then you can't argue with police for this RTO rules.
So in short, if your city has strict rules just like bangalore, Chandigarh, Kerala. Don't think of installing it. Stick with the OEM exhaust by the manufacturer.
Whats your mileage in this exhaust
27-29kmpl, and it's not bike. My friend own this. So I'm not sure if you can consider that as a correct figures. He doesn't check it on regular basis.
Is it illegal to change exhaust?
Any after market exhaust is illegal india unless approved by RTO. However, if your exhaust happens to have almost the same decibel level as the stock exhaust with a slight change in sound, then I guess it shouldn’t be a problem. Because usually cops don't bother to stop you & fine.
Talking about this particular exhaust, it is mellow, doesn't grunt unless you rev high. Best part it comes with db killer, so you can also ride it on roads without anyone noticing you. And when you're on off roads simply remove this db killer to enjoy the bass & grunting sound of your machine.
P.S - exhausts are not illegal since you pay taxes on it. But it's the modifications on your bike & using it on public roads makes it illegal, just like alcohol consumption.

No major drop in mileage, actually this bike belongs to my friend that's why I could give a timely response to your query. Anyway he's still getting same mileage as before. Only slightly low pickup without dB killer installed in the exhaust, maybe that's because of the low back pressure.

No bro, no aftermarket exhaust is road legal. But yes you can do responsibly. Because if you're revving it hard you won't get caught in traffic 😄
