I honestly, don't think the modification cost are correct. I got a minor mods on my bike and it costed me around 20k easily. Please confirm and update the rates. A good paint job cost around 12-15k, tyres 20k easy, USD forks 20k+, mufflers 6k+, custom frame, fittings, headlamps and seats, etc.

Indians r very strict in keeping rules ( u know what i mean ) No custom designers r appreciated by govt.officials as dey seem to be as terrorists in d eyes of RTO and police .. Good that i left India for good .. I used to say Mera Bharat Mahan .. But due these laws which can bend and twist for political preference.. I dnt seem to like it anymore ..d reason why people leave their country isnt for earnings its for the laws that suck .. No life for people with skills ...
At the start of the video he mentioned that the price is only for modifications which I presume means fees charged by the modifier. The cost of spares/replacements would be much higher as you rightly pointed out.
