@@OutoftheOfficeAdventures awesome sauce! Hey just curious what drone ya picked up? Great looking shots! How in the world did ya do the one where you are sitting in a chair at your campsite with a beer in hand and the drone takes off and flys away and you are holding nothing but a beer?! Is that programmed or something? Cool shot!
@@TheRunawayGang DJI Mini 2. There are some auto features like the Dronie which automatically flies back, a mode to circle you as well. Still experimenting with it, but it's so compact and easy to use.
I sent this to my wife and couple friend groups, just hits different when it comes from someone else as to my reasons for randomly going camping by myself.
Good job. I like short videos. I'm familiar with Lake Amistad & Seminole Canyon. I guess that was a wild introduction for the drone. We just got back from Big Bend. Yeah, no wifi is a way of life out there.
Thanks, Bill. Just starting the channel but learning, refining and improving as I go. I only had a night in Lake Amistad because it was stopover. But it looks like a cool place that warrants a little more time.
@@OutoftheOfficeAdventures I like your channel name, very fitting. I've owned a Runaway since 2015. Gave it to my daughter this year when I got a Teardrop.
The Runaway trailer and Tiny Camper Co. are both made in Florida. Did you research Tiny Camper Co? I'm trying to decide between Runaway, Tiny Camper or Hiker
Yes. I was interested in Tiny Trailer too. But this one popped up and became available. Tiny Trailer seems decent too. One thing I liked about the Runaway is that it's all composite material so no wood (other than the cabinets I built).
Hey Man! Great start to your channel! Hope you will keep it up! We are just starting out too! Blessings!
Thanks! My goal is continual improvement so I plan to learn with each video.

@@OutoftheOfficeAdventures very cool! I have always been curious about them! Might have to break down and drive in one day!
“Paykose” river!! Not the “Peekose”!! Lol… enjoyed the video!!

I'm subscriber #10. Double digits milestone.
Thanks for subscribing!

What kind of mpg do you get towing the camper?
About 12- 14 mpgs on the highway, depending on speed and wind.
