Beautiful out there isn’t it? I went out there in 2018 and fell in love with it so much I bought a few acres and camp a few times a year. Coincidently, I actually found your channel because I just ordered a venturist as well and am planning on figuring a way to work from there remotely a few days a year so I can extend trips. Great info!

Yeah, I love it out there. The Venturist has been working out greap. Trying to keep it simple but looking to revamp it a bit next month with a few upgrades. Usually if I'm doing some work from there, or on a trip, I just sit outside. But I can flip my bed up into a sofa and work from a little table in there. Actually, when Hurricane Ida struck and we had now power, I rigged up my generator, popped in an AC unit and worked a couple days in my trailer quite comfortably as opposed to trying to cool the whole house.

Ha! i’ll definitely have to remember that option next time we get a Texas “big freeze”. I was using my little buddy heater with a battery fan over it and running inverters from the cars to keep certain essentials powered, and the pipes from freezing. Worked surprisingly well, but I’ve since got a little generator etc. i’m from the northern Midwest, and it was shocking to me how many people didn’t have just bare-bones gear to survive a power outage. definitely looking forward to pimping out the camper to work remote, trying to keep a less is more philosophy though. also if you ever decide to do West Texas again, I don’t know if there’s a personal message thing in youtube, but feel free to message me or look me up if you want, i’m on linkedin, and you’re more than welcome to stay on the 5 acres I have out there any time. not necessarily the most scenic land, but it is conveniently located, and you can’t beat free!

Hey man, I saw on the NP website that all of the sites say “no trailers” do they let offroad trailers fly or what?
