Amazing they speak the mandarin language! So many people do not see the harmony on this part of the world. True diversity, prosperity and harmony in humanity. Great eye opener.
All children of 56 ethnicities in China are educated in the common language, Putonghua or Mandarin and also learn their own indigenous language. Even the Han people from different region speak different dialects. One common language allows people from different region to communicate better and also government policies to be implemented faster and more effectively. This is one plus China has over India where former Singapore PM Lee Kuan Yew lamented as one of reasons why India couldn't develop as fast as China.
" True diversity, prosperity and harmony ..." 👍 Except in Europe and US where they think the Uyghurs, Tajiks, etc are living in poverty, in prison, in forced reeducation schools and facing genocides. Yan, thanks for sharing the festivities of a traditional Tajik lively crowded wedding during three days, everyone is welcome to part in the wedding and get accommodation. They sing the national anthem and happy birthday for a villager. The groom knocked the door for the bride, and after the ceremony the couple danced together with the crowd. After dinner the bride and groom left their parental home. Goat pulling was cancelled because a relative passed away in nearby village. Fans enjoy this special event in China's border city. God bless your hard work with good health and happiness.😊

As a Chinese, I feel extremely honored and proud to be Chinese! There are 56 different ethnic groups in China, but China has never had ethnic conflicts or religious hatred. Every ethnic group coexists peacefully. The Chinese government treats every ethnic group equally without discrimination. This is unique in the world! It is a pity that Western governments and media, especially the U.S. government, continue to spread rumors, slander and smear China in order to vilify and demonize China. This is because they are hostile to China because of their different political systems. Damn to the United States, Britain and other Western countries~
"China has never had ethnic conflicts or religious hatred." I am probably talking to a bot...but if you really believe this you really know nothing about history except what the Communist Party wants you to believe. And what are you doing on an evil Western platform? Why is 90% of the internet blocked in your country?

Since over 2,000 years ago, Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China's first feudal empire, initiated the policy of script unification, as well as standardizing measurements and weights. In doing so, we have the tradition to maintain an excellent balance between cultural diversity and unity. This is why I have always believed that China's governance is one of the best in the world, especially given the wide array of different cultures. There is no concept of racial discrimination-everyone respects and appreciates each other.

Everybody say Chinese govt never allow others culture and religion but by seeing this video china seems democratic country people are really enjoying their culture😅
Don’t just listen to what you hear, but see what you see. Americans flaunt diversity every day, but almost only English and modern American culture remain in the United States. For example, Indians have almost lost their own culture. China has coexisted with these ethnic minorities for hundreds and thousands of years, and these ethnic minorities still retain their own languages and cultures.
Chinese civilization is the oldest civilization that still stands tall. All people in China are obliged to receive direction from their own government. must not be influenced by any outside country.
Beautiful people, beautiful culture as always. With so much going on between China and the Philippines, my views about China has been changed because of your videos. There are still good people out there. I see nice, happy, kind, hospitable, friendly Chinese people everywhere in your channel. Thank you for sharing. ❤
There's really nothing much happening between China and Philippines, supposedly that's not the usual since the territorial dispute started. The difference now is it's just being amplified by a 3rd party which is the US, their congress has passed many bills these past years and just recently a 1.6 Billion dollars funding to promote Propaganda against China in many countries in the world, in Asia and the Philippines. If the US hasn't meddled, China would not have felt that its trading routes are being choked and we (Philippines) and other claimant countries would have probably promoted the Code of Conduct Status Quo and work towards cooperation and shared benefit but unfortunately, many in our Government either have too much colonial mentality towards the US or has been blinded by money to support the US and this resulted to us Escoda/Sabina Shoal last month.

You are a coward to leave your country for better facilities..
Betrayal you aren't chinese anymore
how rude of you to say that to our oversea ethnic Chinese brethren! he says he's born overseas plus life in our motherland was hard there's no shame in pursuing opportunities overseas as long as one doesn't betray the country @@elie1sh537
That boy is so hospitable 😊
So many different cultures and I say that all of them are really beautiful. I'm loving the color's of the bride and groom, really beautiful 😊😊👑💙👑🩷❤❤❤
Another great post! Never thought this also is China. If only all over the world could be as peaceful and happy as here. Thank you for sharing.
That’s beautiful to watch. Thanks for uploading. Really enjoyed this!
Obrigada pelos vídeos 中国❤
Yan, these human interactions are so precious and I’m again in awe of the diversity in that part of the world. Still hard to believe this is our China.
I have never seen a group of people made of so many races and to top it all they live in China. Thanks Yan looks like you had fun at the wedding
This is so awesome! I love seeing wedding traditions of other cultures. It is so nice they let you crash the party and teach the world about Tajik weddings ❤
Thank you Yan for allowing us to be part of this event. Such a genuine group of people.
Forgot to add - congratulations on 400,000 subscribers. Next stop half a million!!
I just saw his video of this same wedding, in the middle of the video all the children lined up singing national anthem. Deeply touched.
Watching from Afghanistan, I really enjoyed it and impressed by the similarities we share with Tajiks 😊
Which language do you speak?
@@achiburshakib5804Afganistan language generally uses Pashtun (East Iran). Persian = West Iranian language, Pasthun = East Iranian language
Tajiks are Persians, but there are many dialects, such as the ones in this video. I don' t think most Tajiks can understand Sarikoli or Wakhani.
Hello from Australia! Yan's videos take me many places, and I get to see other humans living and dealing with life's joys and sorrows in different ways to me, but with the same fears and hopes. I'm encouraged by the similarities I share with people all over the world. Here in Yan's youtube channel is the most hopeful I feel about the future.
@@achiburshakib5804in Afghanistan we have two official languages, Persian and Pashto, but Persian is our lingua Franca obviously due to our history and culture and the second biggest population, Tajiks, living there.
I always feel like the title of "unseen China"is so good, its so beautiful and have a mystrious sense. As a Chinese person, the videos she made are actually renewing my views of the homeland i'been living, tks for all the effects u've put on the videos!
What a beautiful culture and people. I felt like I was watching National Geographic documentary, good job. You deserve millions of subscribers
"China has never had ethnic conflicts or religious hatred."
I am probably talking to a bot...but if you really believe this you really know nothing about history except what the Communist Party wants you to believe. And what are you doing on an evil Western platform? Why is 90% of the internet blocked in your country?
I am from Davao city, Philippines. it's really interesting to learn cultures and practices of people especially in central Asia which we learn so little. thanks to you yan ..
It is good that China has common mandarin language to unite all different ethnic groups. A very good video
Nailed it.
There is no concept of racial discrimination-everyone respects and appreciates each other.
for everyone to speak english would be much better
Wow, those Tajiks are some good looking people, blimey.
The young generation in western China are very good looking
Yes, most look VERY western or mid-eastern. A few have hints of intermixing from farther east .

Excellent video, as usual. I don't know what is better in Yan's channel...the Drone footage, the authentic, interesting content, or the genuine interest Yan has in different people and cultures. Keep up the great work, Yan!
I just love watching the true culture of this part of China, you did an amazing job highlighting the wedding and watching so many people participating in this special event.
The young man, A Shu 阿树, is another great UA-camr, documenting unknown China. I cannot believe the two met here.
A Shu has a UA-cam channel as well. I think it's called Atlas Explorer
@@mechannel7046 , it's actualy Atlas Explore. Thank you for mentioning the name, I found him and subscribed
Thank you for mentioning this!

The adults get along well together. The kids are having fun while behaving well. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I can't imagine opening my doors to 2 strangers to sleep in my house, but they just do so without any thoughts. What a great community.
This might be your best video.
Well done, and thank you.
This is fantastic. To see an wedding in an foreign culture, so far away from my place (Northern Norway) with some similarities to my own culture (The Sámi culture). It's mind blowing.
Edited: Spelling
About to say the same thing.. The place in the video is so far away from my homeland in western part of Java Island (the Sunda culture, Indonesia, South East Asia) but still I see some similarities from this wedding, like the candy throwing.. How fascinating..
There is a minority ethnic group in China called the Ewenki. They used to live in the forest and made a living by hunting and raising reindeer. They are the only ethnic group in China that raises reindeer. Now they have a population of more than 30,000. They live in the border area between Northeast China and Russia and believe in shamanism. Their appearance and clothing are similar to those of the Sami people in Finland.
Wow, that was really cool! People are so handsome & beautiful & welcoming, having much fun celebrating marriage with everyone! Yan, you seem very happy in this event. The good vibes are contagious. How funny & interesting to sing the same birthday song as we do in USA! So much different & yet the same as all people enjoying a festive time. Thank you for sharing this special event.
Thanks for sharing this amazing wedding. It's great to see the happiness the Tajik people exude. Your videos show us that we have a beautiful world, with beautiful people.
Beautiful video! Thank you! It's the first time I hear a Chinese person calling peoples of other races and mixed races, and cultures as Chinese. That is, Chinese as a nation and not as a race. I'd say welcome to the reality of the rest of the world: we are who we are (mixed), where we are and we don't identify ourselves as a race! Thank you again!
About one hundred years ago in Republic China era, there was a slogan: China is Five Races Under One Union, meaning 5 major ethnics ppl harmoniously existed under one nation. Since PRC (1949), there is new slogan: Fifty-six Races, Fifty-six flowers.
definitely Chinese is not an ethnic name, the majority ethnic in China is han people, we are han ethnic, not Chinese ethnic.
That‘s true!
There are 56 ethnic groups in China, and I am also an ethnic minority.

they are typical Aryans, though this word is blemished since the 3rd reich.

Yes they're Tajiks, of Persian /Iranian origins
@@omerosdaskalos7708 They're actually Pamiris but they just accept the ethnonym Tajik that China's govt has assigned to them. It started with them being called Mountain Tajik during Qing Dynasty & ROC, later shortened to just Tajik by PRC.
They really don't look like people from the Caucasus. They look Afghan if anything with some small East Asian admixture in some.
It's very ininteresting seeing these very diverse people all being able to speak mandarin, while also maintaining their own language and traditions. Nice to see.

Szia! Előre is köszönöm neked ❤❤❤❤

I really really enjoy your videos by the way. I love learning about other peoples culture, their lifestyle and their lands. I’m so glad I stumbled upon your channel ❤ you make me feel like I have travelled the world , into many unknown parts that many don’t go to. And I truly feel refreshed! Thank you so much sis ❤
Everybody say Chinese govt never allow others culture and religion but by seeing this video china seems democratic country people are really enjoying their culture😅
Better than expected and other so-called democracy but hypocrite
Take a pinch of salt when the Western media make slanderous reports on China.
They say minorities are oppressed liars and many people still believe it 😢
Don’t just listen to what you hear, but see what you see.
Wooww... thanks for the video, Yan. i can" t miss a single second of this video... soo interesting to see different tradition of people
Beautiful people, beautiful culture as always.
If the US hasn't meddled, China would not have felt that its trading routes are being choked and we (Philippines) and other claimant countries would have probably promoted the Code of Conduct Status Quo and work towards cooperation and shared benefit but unfortunately, many in our Government either have too much colonial mentality towards the US or has been blinded by money to support the US and this resulted to us Escoda/Sabina Shoal last month.
incredible.....thank you! a glimpse into something I never had been expose to. This is the reason why I watch your videos.
